Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Obstinate Cough Of Pulmonary Arthralgia With Qing Xuan And Jiang Zhuo Tang (The Obstruction Of Phlegm In The Middle Of Phlegm And The Inverse Of The Cholera)

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the clinical efficacy of qingxuan decoction for the treatment of refractory cough(obstruction in phlegm,inverse on bile fire),and to compare the improvement of patients' symptoms before and after the application.Methods: Choose between January 2017 and December 2017,changchun university of Chinese medicine affiliated hospital lung disease families and comply with the conditions set of bi lung intractable cough,(obstruction in phlegm,inverse on bile fire)in patients with 60 cases,the subjects in medical order number,using the random number table method will be divided into the treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.On the basis of conventional western medicine treatment,the treatment group and control group respectively applied qing xuan material soup and acetylcysteine effervescent tablets,patients in the treatment of TCM syndrome before and after data,application SPSS19.0 to statistical analysis of data,comparing the difference between the two groups in curative effect.Result: Through statistical analysis,the treatment group total effective rate was 86.67%,control group total effective rate 56.66%,the differences between two groups(p < 0.05),therefore,two kinds of treatment strategy to improve the symptoms of patients with cough,have curative effect,but the qing xuan material soup in alleviating patients with pulmonary bi has more advantages in intractable chronic cough.Conclusion: Through to the qing xuan material soup treatment of lung intractable cough certification(obstruction in phlegm,inverse on bile fire)of clinical observation,it is concluded that: on the basis of conventional western medicine treatment,the use of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and treatment,taking the qing xuan material soup,can effectively alleviate the patient's condition,and can improve the quality of life.
