| Purpose: Explore the relationship between the acute phase of stroke and brain electricity BSI.Method: To select 70 patients who met the inclusion criteria, clinical information was collected on the first day of admission,14 days of onset, and 90 days of onset, and data were recorded.Statistical analysis using medical statistics, preliminary confirmed that the cerebral symmetry index and wind disease in the acute phase of wind phlegm syndrome has a certain correlation.Result: The experimental study found that there are certain correlations between the EEG characteristic index, which is the brain symmetry index(BSI),and the relevant indicators for judging the prognosis of acute stroke. The trial found that at 14 days of onset and 90 days of onset, the T-test was used to compare the information obtained in the 1st day of admission on the subjects of the independent group and the dependent group(BI ≥ 60 and BI<60),depending on the group’s BSI,The NIHSS was higher and had statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The T-test was used to compare the information obtained from the first day of admission between the two groups of subjects with poor prognosis and good prognosis(mRS>3 and mRS≤3).The BSI and NIHSS of the poor prognosis group were high, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion: The characteristic index of brain electroencephalogram(BSI)has a certain correlation with the prognosis of patients with stroke syndrome in the acute stage of wind aspiration. It can be used as an auxiliary index to determine its prognosis. |
