| Now in the medical treatment,the most common means of care is infusion.Today’s infusion in general use bottle-type infusion,the residual volume of liquid through the naked eye directly observed,if necessary,rely on the Clamp manual control of the flow of liquid.However,there are many defects in this process,such as in the infusion process,the drug will appear,but the patient does not know,or liquid flow speed can not be accurately controlled.In order to prevent the infusion of these problems in the patient’s body caused by injury,now generally in patients with transfusion when there are related health care personnel guarding.However,the proportion of doctors and patients in China is seriously unbalanced,and the workload of medical staffs is not perfect.The design of automatic drip monitoring device is urgent.I designed the unmanned monitoring system,the core component is a single-chip microcomputer single-chip,with a variety of detection and control circuit,the use of LM324,LM329 and other components,combined into a complete system to complete the monitoring and adjustment of the drip.The function of the photoelectric sensor is to detect the height of the liquid surface and the rate of drip flow.When the height of the liquid level is low or the drip rate is abnormal,the system will issue an alarm.After the exception is excluded,you can manually dismiss the alert.The stepper motor can lift the anomaly by raising or lowering the height of the bottle. |
