The blood pressure measurement has been widely used in the work of clinical medicine and cardiovascular research. Because of the distinctive advantage, the non-invasive blood pressure measurement has been more used by the researcher and clinical worker. Meanwhile, in the cardiovascular experiment of physiologist and pharmacology, the tail-cuff measurement is a common method for the mouse non-invasive blood pressure measurement. This method can be repeatedly used in the state that the mouse is conscious and could reduce the negative effects arise from the anesthetic. The author has realized a system for mouse non-invasive blood pressure measurement. In the paper, the author has introduced the whole constitution of the system firstly and then introduced design methodology of the software and hardware. The design of the hardware includes signal pickup assembly, amplifying and filtering, analogue to digital converse and data transmission. On the other side, the design of de software includes data receipt, display, save and the other data processing. There are also some introductions of the software codes. At last, the author stated a conclusion of the whole paper and put forward the improving direction of the system. In practical use, the system worked well and could measure the systolic pressure of mouse accurately.
