Clinical Significance Of Serum MicroRNA-451 Expression In Thyroid Tumors

Objective:To analyze the abnormal expression of serum micro RNA-451 in the patients with thyroid tumor,and to explore the value of the clinical diagnosis of thyroid malignant tumor before operation.Methods : From June 2017 to December 2017,collected the clinical and pathological data,including age,gender,tumor size,tumor location and metastasis associated with cervical lymph node,from 115 cases of thyroid cancer patients(including 53 cases of patients with benign thyroid disease in patients with thyroid malignant tumor in 62 cases),who diagnosis in Third Clinical Medical College of Xinjiang Medical University from the breast,head and neck surgery.Extracted the peripheral blood samples from patients before operation,and extracted the total RNA from the serum.Analyzing the relative expression level of RNA-451 in serum in the detection of minimal by qRT-PCR method,understanding its relationship with clinical and pathological features of all,to explore the clinical significance of preoperative diagnosis of thyroid malignant tumor.Results:(1)Serum miR-451 in serum was expressed in all subjects,and the relative expression level in thyroid cancer patients was significantly lower than that in benign thyroid cancer patients(P<0.05).(2)Serum miR-451 expression levels and the patient's age,gender,tumor size,tumor location were not significantly correlated(P>0.05).(3)Serum mi R-451 expression levels and metastasis of cervical lymph nodes was statistically significant,and the level of serum miR-451 in patients with thyroid malignancies with metastasis of cervical lymph nodes was significantly lower than that in patients with thyroid malignancies without metastasis of cervical lymph nodes(P<0.05).Conclusion:The low expression of serum mi R-451 in patients with thyroid malignant tumor has a certain value of preoperative clinical diagnosis.It can be used to predict whether cervical lymph node metastases are associated with thyroid malignancies,and provided a reference for the patient's individualized treatment.
