In the next half of 2016,the issuance of the "healthy China 2030" plan is a sign that the government encourages the society to run doctors and speed up the access of social capital to medical and health services.The state encourages doctors to practice freely,relax medical conditions,promote the development of non-public medical institutions in the direction of scale,and encourage professional hospitals to manage the development of the group.The cases of listed companies acquiring public hospitals,medical groups acquiring enterprise hospitals,medical groups and public hospitals jointly run hospitals and foreign-funded capital construction hospitals were presented in 2016.S hospital management group for a public company,focused on neurosurgery in build a niche business,seized the blank area of the medical market in China,in the process of development,also don't rush to expand,by Beijing on campus as the foundation,strengthen the basic,gradually expanding.In recent years,four branches have been established in chongqing,kunming and fuzhou through acquisition and cooperation,forming a strategic layout with scale.With the expansion of scale,how to strengthen the internal control construction becomes the important issue of private hospital development.In this paper,S hospital management group is selected as the research object.Through the analysis of its internal control status,the author finds out the problems in its internal control and puts forward the improvement plan.In this paper,the internal control status of S hospital management group is studied by fuzzy comprehensive analysis method and G1 method in the research process of internal control of S hospital management group.Starting from the research on the relevant theories of internal control knowledge,which leads to the case S hospital management group,combined with relevant theory of design the S hospital management group's internal control evaluation questionnaire,inviting the different professional business insider investigation,using the G1 method to calculate the result of the questionnaire,it is concluded that the scores of every index.Then,according to the special score items,the corresponding facts or material support were found,and the overall situation and main problems of the extreme internal control of S hospital management were obtained,and the causes of the results were analyzed.Finally,according to the analysis result,the improvement plan of the internal control problem of S hospital management group was formulated.As a whole,the internal control performance of S hospital management group is still good,and the main problems are in the aspects of medical risk control,financial risk control,supervision and internal information communication.At the same time,there are problems such as insufficient attention to sewage management,fuzzy medical cost accounting and lack of emergency measures for medical disputes and special medical supervision.Based on the five elements of internal control,this paper puts forward some Suggestions on improving the overall internal control.
