| Objective:To determine the value of 256-slice spiral CT scalp subcutaneous perfusion parameters in the normal population and scalp trauma patients[Tissue Blood Flow(TBF),Tissue Blood Volume(TBV),Peak Time(TTP)].A preliminary study of the difference in perfusion parameters between the injured scalp and normal scalp tissue.Materials and Methods:In our hospital, there were 30 patients with scalp trauma and scalp perfusion imaging on 256-slice spiral CT.All of them were side scalp lesions. Then 31 normal subjects underwent scalp perfusion examination with 256-slice spiral CT.In addition,6 cases of scalp lesions of the scalp were collected for scalp perfusion imaging within 72 hours and reviewed later in 3 months. The images of all patients were sent to the EbW workstations, and functional perfusion software was used to perfuse images for post-processing.Perfusion parameter values in the ankle were determined in the normal population, and values of perfusion parameters in the injury site and the non-injured part of the contralateral side of the scalp trauma group were determined. The values of perfusion parameters in the normal population and scalp trauma were calculated, and statistical comparisons were made between the scalp perfusion values of the ankles in the normal, traumatic and traumatic contralateral lesions; The results were reviewed statistically after hours and 3 months. Results:In the normal control group, the unilateral variance analysis was performed between the injury group and the non-injured part of the trauma group. The LSD test was used to compare the values of scalp perfusion parameters between the three groups. There were significant differences in scalp perfusion parameters between the control group and the trauma group(P<0.05).The mean values of TBF and TBV in the normal control group were greater than those in the traumatic group. The mean value of TTP was smaller than that of the trauma group.Damage Department. There was significant difference in TBF and TBV between the injured part and the non-injured part of the traumatic group in the trauma group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in TTP between the traumatic group and the trauma group(P>0.05).The mean values of TBF and TBV were less than those in the traumatic group on the contralateral side of the ankle. There was no significant difference in TBF and TBV between the normal control group and the traumatic group on the contralateral side of the acromioclavicular region(P>0.05).The difference in TTP was statistically significant(P<0.05).The TTP mean value of the normal control group was less than that of the trauma group.Contralateral undamaged part. The paired t-test was performed within 6 hours and 3 months after 6 cases of scalp lesions in the axilla. The differences in TBF and TBV were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in TTP(P>0.05).The mean TBF and TBV within 72 hours are less than the results of the review after 3 months.Conclusions:(1)Multi-slice spiral CT perfusion imaging can accurately determine flap perfusion.(2)The range of scalp perfusion values under multi-slice spiral CT can determine the scalp hemodynamics, and provide a quantitative evaluation method for exploring the blood supply of the flap, which will lay a foundation for the further study of flap hemodynamics.(3)The CT perfusion parameters of the lesions in the damaged part are abnormal, which is related to the hemodynamic changes after the local injury, which is helpful to evaluate the degree of damage.(4)There was no abnormality in intact flap perfusion parameters(TBF,TBV)on the same side of the scalp trauma site, providing a quantitative evaluation basis for skin flap selection in autologous flap transplantation. |
