Object:To explore the perfusion value rang of the normal people’s scalp by 256 CT.Material and Methods:Scalp perfusion CT was performed in 18 normal adults by 256 CT. The 50 ml Iohexol was bolus injected throught antecubital vein,8 seconds later fifteen layers of dynamic scans were performed.These dynamic images were performed with "Function"software package. TBF、TBV、TTP were measured within the specific regions of interest (ROI)、of the brain.Quantiative analysis was performed by two experly neuroimaging physician on the frontal part、the temporal part、the occipital part.The two doctors calculated the average value and the standard devation of the perfusion parameters, meanwhile the normal rang can be deduced from the statics by SPSS 17.0 software. And the normal rang of the different parts can be compared statistically.Result:In the frontal part,the normal value rang of TBF、TBV、TTP is respectively (25.18-85.66) ml/(100g.min), (13.97-55.99) ml/100g, (6.38-37.82) S. Meanwhile in the temporal part,It is respectively (18.39-76.87) ml/(100g.min)、 (13.42-64.58)ml/100g、(18.79-35.81) S. Finally, in the occipital part:the rang is respectively (9.00-37.70) ml/(100g.min), (10.28-31.96) ml/100g, (26.85-42.85) S. The value of the frontal and the occipital part is significant higher than those in the occipital part (P<0.05) while no significant differences was recorded between the frontal part and the temporal part by two independent samples t text.Conclusion The CT perfusion parameters by 256 CT provide a new imaging method for measuring the hemodynamic for the scalp. The normal rang of the scalp under 256 CT can deduce the hemodynamic of the scalp. It will play an important part in the problem of titanium mesh exposured after large area cranioplasty.
