[Objective] To investigate the correlation between the expression of TGM2,AKT and p53 in gastric cancer and the clinic opathological characteristics and prognosis of gastric cancer patients.[Method] 1.A total of 79 patients with gastric cancer underwent surgical radical surgery at Shaoyang City Hospital from June 2014 to May 2017 were selected as the subjects of the study.The patients were compared with the fracture of the radical gastric cancer specimen.2.The expression of TGM2,AKT,and p53 in tumor tissue and control normal tissue was detected by Envision.3.According to the results of immunohistochemistry and clinical pathological data,the expression of TGM2,AKT and p53 in gastric cancer tissues was explored.[Results] TGM2 is expressed in the cytoplasm of gastric cancer cells,TGM2 accounted for 48.4 % of patients with high + differentiation.79.2 % of the low + undifferentiated group were positive;The worse the histopathological differentiation,the higher the expression of TGM2,(?2=8.082,P=0.004),The positive expression rate of TGM2 in gastric cancer tissues with tumor embolus was 88%(?2=5.924,P=0.015).Therewere 12 positive cases of TGM2 in infiltration depth T1 + T2 group(44 %),There were 41 positive cases of TGM2 in infiltration depth T3+T4 group(78.8%)(?2=9.526,P=0.002).The positive rate in gastric cancer tissues in patients with lymph node metastasis was 76.5%(?2=5.736,P=0.017).The positive rate of TNM stage I + II group was 44.4 %,and the positive rate in III + IV group was 78.8 %(?2=22.062,P=0.001)There was no statistical difference in the expression of TGM2 between age,sex,tumor size,tumor site and distant metastasis.2.AKT is expressed in the cytoplasm of gastric cancer cells,In the histopathological classification,The positive rate was 58.1 % in the group with high or moderate differentiation and 87.5 % in the group with low or undifferentiated differentiation(?2=8.934,P=0.003).The positive expression rate of AKT in gastric cancer tissues with tumor embolus was 96%(?2=8.050,P=0.005),The positive expression rate was 59 % in T1 + T2 and 84.6 % in T3 + T4(?2= 6.255,P=0.012).The positive expression of gastric cancer patients with lymph node metastasis was 90.2 %(?2=15.989,P=0.001),the positive rate of TNM stage I + II group was 41.4 %.The positive rate III + IV group was 96%(?2=27.062,P=0.001).There was no statistical difference in the expression of AKT between different ages,genders,tumor size,tumor site and distant metastasis.3.p53 was expressed in the nucleus of the tumor cell,The positive rate was 38.7 percent in the high or medium differentiation group and68.6 percent in the low or undifferentiated group(?2=6.931,P=0.008).The positive rate was 25.9 % in T1 + T2 group and 73.1 % in T3 + T4 group(?2=16.117,P=0.001).The positive rate of gastric cancer with lymph node metastasis was 72.5 %(?2=14.26,P=0.001),and the positive rate of TNM stage I + II group was34.5 %.The positive rate in III + IV group was 70%(?2=9.445,P=0.002),There was no statistical difference in the expression of p53 between in different ages,genders,tumor size,tumor site,intravascular tumor thrombus and distant metastasis.4.Spearman rank correlation analysis results show that TGM2 and AKT expression are correlated(r=0.355,P<0.001),There was a correlation between p53 and AKT expression(r=0.370,P<0.001),TGM2 and p53 expression are correlated(r=0.262,P<0.05).5.The survival status of the patients was analyzed by K-M method.The results showed that the prognosis of the patients with TGM2,AKT and p53 positive was worse(P < 0.05).[Conclusions] 1.TGM2,AKT,p53 are highly expressed in gastric cancer tissues.The expression of these three genes is related to the grading,lymph node metastasis,depth of invasion,and TNM staging of gastric cancer.2.There was a positive correlation between the expression of TGM2,AKT and p53.The detection of the three protein expressions could be used as an index to predict the invasion and metastasis of gastric cancer.
