Objective:In the previous study,243 gastric cancer-related proteins,including TAGLN2,TGFBI,and COL1A1 proteins,were screened out.To understand the expression and significance of related proteins in gastric cancer,we used tissue microarray to detect the expression of these proteins in gastric adenocarcinoma and analyze their expression and significance.Methods:1.148 cases of normal gastric mucosa,237 cases of adjacent cancer,237 cases of gastric adenocarcinoma and 88 cases of lymph node metastases were collected and used as tissue microarrays.2.Immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the expression of TAGLN2,TGFBI and COL1A1 protein in normal gastric mucosa,adjacent cancer,gastric adenocarcinoma and lymph node metastasis.3.To analyze the relationship between TAGLN2,TGFBI and COL1A1 protein expression and clinicopathological features in normal gastric mucosa,paraneoplastic,gastric adenocarcinoma and metastatic lymph node tissues.Results:1.The positive rate of TAGLN2,TGFBI and COL1A1 protein in normal gastric mucosal tissue was higher than that in paracancerous tissue.The paracancerous tissue was higher than gastric adenocarcinoma tissue.The gastric adenocarcinoma tissue was higher than lymph node metastatic carcinoma tissue,ie The expression of normal gastric mucosa,adjacent to cancer,gastric adenocarcinoma and lymph node metastasis decreased gradually.2.The expression of TAGLN2 protein was related to the degree of tumor differentiation and lymph node metastasis,but not to the age,sex,TNM stage and tumor size.The expression of TGFBI and COL1A1 protein was related to the degree of tumor differentiation,but related to the patient's age,gender,TNM stage,tumor size,and lymph node metastasis were not related.3.The expression levels of TAGLN2,TGFBI and COL1A1 protein in gastric adenocarcinoma were positively correlated.Conclusions : 1.The expression of TAGLN2,TGFBI and COL1A1 protein in gastric cancer tissues was low and the expression levels were positively correlated.2.The expression of TAGLN2 protein was related to the differentiation and lymph node metastasis of gastric cancer.The expression levels of TGFBI and COL1A1 protein were related to the differentiation degree of gastric cancer,but not to the age,gender,TNM stage and tumor size.
