Clinical Observation On The Therapeutic Effect Of "Tongduyangshen-yinqiguiyuan" TUINA Therapy On Chronic Pelvic Inflammation With Stagnation Of Qi And Blood

Objective“Tongyuan”therapy was created by Professor Lai accroding to his clinical experience,which also called “Tongduyangshen-Yinqiguiyuan”.The efficacy of curing gynecological disease is remarkable,such as primary dysmenorrhea and infertility.The purpose of this study is to observe the clinical effect of TUINA base on the thought of “Tongduyangshen-yinqiguiyuan”in treating chronic pelvic inflammation with Stagnation of Qi and Blood.The treatment group was given “Tongyuan”TUINA when the control group drinking Chinese medicine.Analyse the symptom changes before and after treatment,and then evaluate the effectiveness and security of this therapy.Find the mechanism for founding a simple and effective prescription of treating chronic pelvic inflammation with Stagnation of Qi and Blood.Methods60 patients suffered from chronic pelvic inflammation with Qi Stagnation and blood stasis in the experiment were selected 30 as TUINA group,the remaining were selected as Chinese medicine group.The TUINA group was controlled with “Tongyuan”TUINA,which method was designed by Professor Wang.Everyday for about 30 mins.The control group was drinking “Ge Xia Zhu Yu Tang”once a day.The manipulation time will last for 6 weeks.Stop treatment during menstruation.Compare the score changes including VAS,TCM syndrome integration and Local signs.And analyse them to assessment their effect.ResultsFirstly,the basic data analysis:Difference was not statistically significant in general data between two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The age,course of disease,the menstrual cycle,severity of disease,menstrual period,the scores of VAS,TCM syndrome integration and Local signs between twogroup are comparable.Secondly,the effect analysis:1.There was statistically significant in VAS,TCM syndrome integration scores,Local signs scores between the same group before treatment and after.The result showed that both approach can make effort to chronic pelvic inflammation with Qi Stagnation and blood stasis.2.Comparison between two groups:Difference was not statistically significant on the VAS,the change of VAS between two groups after treatment(P>0.05),which shown the effect of release the pain was comparable.Difference was statistically significant after treatment on TCM syndrome integration scores and their minus(P<0.05),which shown the TUINA was better in improve the TCM syndrome integration scores.Difference was also statistically significant on Local signs scores and their minus,their total effective rate(P<0.05),which also shown the TUINA was better.The total effective rate was83.3% in TUINA group and the Chinese medicine group was 40%.The difference on Local signs cure rate was not statistically significant(P >0.05).Difference was statistically significant on the cure rate of TCM syndrome(P<0.05),The cure rate was 56.7% in TUINA group when another group was 20%.Difference was not statistically significant on total effective rate of the TCM syndrome(P>0.05).Compare the comprehensive therapeutic effect of two groups,the total effective rate were both over 90%,which shown that the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).However,there was statistically significant on the cure rate between two groups(P<0.05),which shown the TUINA group was better.The cure rate was 50%in TUINA group when another group was 16.7%.ConclusionBoth “Tongyuan”TUINA group and Drining Chinese group were effective to chronic pelvic inflammation with Stagnation of Qi and Blood.Both group could relieve pain and improve the symptoms.Both groups nearly had the same effect on release pain.In general,the promote and cure effect of “Tongyuan”TUINA is more obvious.“Tongyuan”TUINA has the advantage in improving Local signs.The TUINA therapy is worth popularizing and applying.
