| ObjectiveTo explore the distribution and characteristics of cerebral cortex in visually tasking acidic image stimulation,life image stimulation,and spontaneous swallowing tasks in adults with normal swallowing function;analysis of the distribution of cerebral cortex in acid image stimulation vs.life image stimulation,acidic image contrast with autonomous swallowing task Situation;hope to provide theoretical basis for rehabilitation intervention in patients with clinical dysphagia.METHODSTen adult healthy right hand volunteers were enrolled in this study,including 7 males and 3 females with an age range of 20-35 years(24.50(10)2.80).No swallowing disorders and fMRI contraindications,the Chinese Academy of Sciences approved the Ethics Committee and signed informed consent.The E-Prime software was used as a control device to stimulate the volunteers.Each volunteer was subjected to BOLD-fMRI scanning under the tasks of resting,Acidic picture stimulation,living picture stimulation and autologous swallowing,and the brain imaging data were collected.SPM8 was used to process the raw data The parameters of voxel,intensity and coordinate of activation of brain function under each task were obtained respectively.Spss20.0 was used to analyze the voxel and intensity of brain activation region.Resultthree kinds of tasks activated brain area1.The main brain areas activated by the acidic picture task include bilateral central anterior gyrus,central posterior gyrus,auxiliary exercise zone,supra-orbital gyrus,middle frontal gyrus,triangular frontal gyrus,supra-orbital gyrus,supra-orbital gyrus,and hernia.The lower back,supramarginal gyrus,insula,hippocampus,and thalamus;as well as the left iliac crest,supraorbital gyrus,middle temporal gyrus,and the right temporal frontal gyrus,have more than 10%of lateral left laterality.2.The brain areas activated by daily necessities of tasks include bilateral hippocampus,fusiform gyrus,tongue lingual,septal cortex,occipital septum,middle occipital gyrus,and suboccipital gyrus;and temporal lobe of the right side and hippocampus.Back,with right laterality less than-10%;3.The brain regions activated by the tasks of spontaneous swallowing(dried swallowing)include bilateral frontal middle frontal gyrus,triangular frontal gyrus,anterior inferior temporal gyrus,anterior middle temporal gyrus,tongue lingual,cuneiform,middle occipital,and spur.Peripheral cortex,fusiform gyrus,left central anterior gyrus,posterior central gyrus,superior inferior gyrus,supraorbital gyrus,insula,superior temporal gyrus,inferior temporal gyrus,etc.Differences in brain regions1.1 The area of activation of the left hemisphere in the brain region activated by the acidic picture task is greater than that of the right side in the brain region activated by the daily necessities,and in the upper and lower back of the sacrum,supraorbital septum,cingulate gyrus,supra-orbital gyrus,middle frontal gyrus,inferior frontal gyrus,and frontal sac In the lower back,central anterior gyrus,posterior central gyrus,thalamus,hippocampus gyrus,cuneate and anterior wedge anterior greater than 10%;1.2 The comparison of the intensity of the right brain region between the acidic picture stimulation and the dry swallowing task The acidic picture and the dry swallowing task were compared in the inferior frontal gyrus,medial frontal gyrus,supraorbital frontal gyrus,inferior temporal frontal gyrus,and superior temporal gyrus.There was no significant difference(p>0.05);in the upper occipital gyrus,middle occipital gyrus,suboccipital gyrus,inferior frontal gyrus of the island cover,middle frontal gyrus,superior temporal gyrus,middle temporal gyrus,superior temporal gyrus,superior margin,gyrus There was a significant difference in the retrograde comparison(p<0.05).ConclusionIn the use of acidic picture stimulation can activate the cortex associated with swallowing,and hemispheres with obvious hemispherical characteristics;living supplies stimulate the activation of the brain area to the right hemisphere-based;spontaneous swallowing hemispheres are also mainly left-sided;acid picture Stimulation can activate the swallowing cortex more than merely swallowing the task stimulus.The activation range is more extensive.The excitement in the swallowing cortex stimulates the formation of swallowing movement,and the acid picture stimulation can activate the production of taste to a certain extent. |
