Clinical Observation On Treatment Of IgA Nephropathy With Nourishing Spleen,Clearing Away Heat And Promoting Dampness And Activating Blood Circulation

Objective:This study is to observe the patients with IgA nephropathy treated with Chinese medicine bupishen qingrelishi huoxue symptom changes before and after treatment,and the detection of urinary red blood cell count(URBC),24 hour urinary protein quantitative test(24h-UTP),serum creatinine(Cr),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),endogenous creatinine clearance rate(Ccr),plasma albumin(ALB),analysis of the index changes after treatment and before treatment,and the treatment group compared with the traditional western medicine foundation,to explore the traditional Chinese medicine bupishen qingrelishi huoxue for the clinical efficacy of the treatment of IgA nephropathy,and to analyze,compare and judge the basis of Western medicine Chinese medicine bupishen qingrelishi huoxue method and traditional therapy for the treatment of IgA nephropathy advantages.Methods:This study selected from September 1,2015 to December 31,2016,in the Department of nephrology in our hospital and outpatient treatment of 60 patients with IgA nephropathy patients,has already signed the "informed consent" patients,and in accordance with the inclusion criteria of the subject.According to the principle of randomization,IgA nephropathy patients were divided into two groups: control group and treatment group(n= 30).Urine detection of URBC and 24h-UTP in each group of patients before treatment,blood BUN,Ccr,detection of Cr,ALB,and fill out the clinical symptom of TCM group quantization observation table,4 weeks after treatment respectively,at the end of the fourth samples of blood and urine samples were detected before treatment,the same index,and re fill symptom analysis quantitative observation table.Through observation,statistics and analysis of the detection index and TCM symptoms of the two groups before and after treatment,to evaluate the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine of bupishen qingrelishi huoxue method in the treatment of IgA nephropathy,analysis,comparison,evaluation of Chinese medicine bupishen qingrelishi huoxue method and traditional therapy for the treatment of IgA nephropathy advantages.Results:(1)The treatment group compared with the laboratory index groups after treatment control,the two groups after treatment of ALB,24h-UTP and URBC have significant difference(P<0.05),there was no significant difference of Cr,BUN,Ccr(P>0.05).(2)There was significant difference in the difference of ALB,24h-UTP and URBC between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment of Cr,BUN and Ccr(P>0.05).(3)To make quantitative analysis on the TCM symptoms of the two groups after treatment,including five symptoms(including fatigue fatigue,nocturia,abdominal distension dry mouth,and yellow urine)quantitative analysis showed that the curative effect of treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P < 0.05);the other five symptoms(including edema,Yaoxisuanruan,thin stool,dark complexion and scaly skin)no significant quantitative differences(P>0.05).Conclusions:(1)On the basis of RAS blockers,combined spleen invigorating and clearing heat and activating blood and blood circulation can effectively reduce urinary protein and urine red blood cell excretion in patients with IgA nephropathy,and this scheme has a higher remission rate for patients with IgA nephropathy.(2)On the basis of RAS blocker,combined spleen invigorating and clearing heat and activating blood and blood circulation can effectively improve the symptoms of fatigue fatigue,nocturia,less abdominal distention,dry mouth Stomatology,and urine and yellow red in patients with IgA nephropathy.
