Professor Liu Youzhang Applied The Theory Of Five Soil-Related Theory To The Treatment Of Eczema

Research background:Eczema is a common allergic inflammatory skin disease with high incidence.Some studies have shown that eczema accounts for about 20% of the outpatients in the dermatology department,and the prevalence rate of the general population is about 18%,and there is a trend of increasing year by year.Its pathogenesis is various,the pathogenesis is not clear,the clinical obvious.Due to its theoretical characteristics of dialectical treatment and traditional Chinese medicine treatment methods with fewer toxic and side effects,traditional Chinese medicine is often effective.Professor Liu youzhang comes from a family of traditional Chinese medicine.Under the guidance of professor Deng tietao,a master of Chinese medicine,the theory of "five viscera correlation" was put forward.Good at treating all kinds of difficult diseases.On the basis of inheriting and developing the academic thought of the Chinese medical master professor Deng tietao,there have been nearly 40 years of clinical medical experience.In the treatment of eczema,he have proposed the treatment of eczema: "in the form of lung,in the spleen,the disease is deep and the kidney,itching and heart,liver" diagnosis and treatment ideas.His academic experience shows good curative effect in clinical treatment,which is worth summarizing,inheriting and developing.Medical treatment,as the real and objective record of medical treatment,is one of the best carriers of TCM academic inheritance.The traditional Chinese medicine inheritance support platform is tailored to the actual needs of TCM experience,and it has certain advantages in the data processing of TCM medical records.Therefore,collecting and sorting out the medical records of eczema based on senior clinical experience.The diagnosis and treatment prescription of TCM was statistically analyzed with the help of TCM inheritance auxiliary platform.To summarize the experience of famous Chinese medicine in the treatment of eczema,and to find out the law of drug use,it can provide a reference for the diagnosis and treatment of eczema in the future.MethodsThis study collected 131 cases of eczema cases and 187 prescriptions from January 2008 to December 2017 in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine.The prescription data were analyzed and excavated by "the auxiliary platform of traditional Chinese medicine",and the medication rule and prescription characteristics of Professor Liu youzhang in the treatment of eczema were summarized.ResultsThe data collected from 131 cases and 187 prescriptions were analyzed statistically.The results showed that:1.The syndrome was mainly composed of damp heat and skin retention syndrome,and the medication involved 216 herbs.The use of high frequency Chinese medicine: Radix rehmanniae,Foliumet Cacumen Murrayae,Glycyrrhiza uralensis,Atractylodes rhizome,Rhizoma Dioscoreae hypoglaueae,polygonatum,angelica,perilla,coix seed,Herba schizonepetae;2.Four drugs to cold,warm and calm of the three drugs used most often,the utilization rate of up to 93.70%;Five drugs mainly in the bitter,sweet,pungent most;Drugs are mainly from heart,liver,spleen,lung and kidney.3.Analysis of association rules between drug use frequency and drug.Set the "support number" to 37(20%),and the "confidence" set to 0.9.A total of42 results were obtained,with 16 flavors of traditional Chinese medicine.If the "support number" is set to 46(25%),a combination of 5 herbs and 6 groups of drugs can be obtained.If the "support number" is set to 56(30%),a combination of 2 herbs and 1 groups of drugs can be obtained.The core drug combinations with high reliability are as follows:Coix seed,Atractylodes rhizome,phellodendron,radix,Bixie;4.According to the entropy cluster analysis of complex system,10 groups of core drugs can be obtained,and 5 are compatible with the new prescription.Namely :(1)Radix Paeoniae Alba,Bupleurum,Mint,Forsythia,Baikal Skullcap.(2)Zhiqiao,Rhizoma Chuanxiong,Walnut kernel,Peach,Safflower;(3)Zedoary,Magnolia officinalis,Ventriculi galli mucosa,Amomum fruit,Ephedra,Ginseng;(4)Coix seed,Atractylodes rhizome,Phellodendron,Spina gleditsiae,Wild chrysanthemum,Dandelion,Chinese violet;(5)Codonopsis pilosula,Radix Sophorae Flavescentis,Rhizoma Anemarrhenae,Hu Maren,Wild chrysanthemum,Ford nervilia leaf,Dandelion,Chinese violet;Conclusion1.Through the analysis of the medication rules of professor Liu youzhang,it can be seen that when treating eczema,professor Liu youzhang followed the diagnosis and treatment experience of "lung on the surface,spleen on the inside,deep disease on the kidney,itch on the heart and liver".Professor liu youzhang treated eczema from the theory of five viscera.He attached importance to the combination of four qi and five flavors of drugs.He apply both the attack and the supplement,gives attention to the specimen,and knows the changeability of the medicine.2.Professor Liu Youzhang’s core medicines for treating eczema are: Coix seed,Atractylodes lancea,Phellodendron,Achyranthes and Poria;namely“Liu’s Wu Miao San”(Si Miao San and Qi Geng),which can be used by doctors to treat heat-prone skin eczema.reference.3.Through the analysis of the derivation,we can conclude that in the treatment of eczema,for patients with both liver and gallbladder dampness,blood stasis internal resistance,spleen deficiency,dampness,spleen deficiency,etc.,reference can be made to the addition and subtraction of Yanfang 1-5.Derivative 1-5 is effective in treating eczema.
