The Clinical Effect Observation Of Treating Tongue Type Of Calcaneal Fracture With Closed Reduction And Three-Point Elastic Fixation By Kirschner Wire

ObjectiveThe study tends to evaluate and analyse the clinical effect of closed reduction and three-point elastic fixation by kirschner wire in the treatment of tongue type of calcaneal fracture,and to explore the advantages and disadvantages of the treatment process and to discuss its function mechanism,providing a new way for the treatment of this fracture type.MethodsAdopting the method of retrospective case analysis,the study selects tongue type of calcaneal fracture cases according to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria from October 2015 to December 2017 in orthopedics of Sanya City Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the People's Hospital of Sanya.According to different treatment methods,the cases were divided into two group,which is closed reduction and three-point elastic fixation by kirschner wire group and open reduction and internal fixation group.The Bohler angle,Gissane angle,quality of life score and the incidence of surgery-related complications before and after surgery were used as the observation indexes to compare the curative effect of the two surgical methods on patients with tongue type of calcaneal fracture.ResultsIn this study,65 cases were included in the study and were followed up effectively.Among them,34 cases(34 feet)were selected in the threepoint elastic fixation by kirschner wire group and 31 cases(31 feet)were selected in the open reduction and internal fixation group.There was no statistical difference between the two groups in the recovery of Bohler angle and Gissane angle after the operation.,and all of them achieved good clinical efficacy.There was no difference between the two groups in improving physical component summary in patients' quality of life,and there were differences in improving mental component summary in patients' quality of life.The closed reduction and three-point elastic fixation with kirschner wire was better in improving mental component summary.The closed reduction and three-point elastic fixation treatment group's sincidence of postoperative complications is relatively low.
