Objective As an Chinese traditional medicine,poppy shell has a long history.For cancer pain,compared with morphine,morphine injection,poppy shell has little effect on human.There is no related reports that Poppy shell affects the human's related indicators of routine blood,liver,kidney,lung cancer binomial and PBS.This experiment is to observe the influence,provides the experimental basis for the clinical.Methods 1.The experimental research Buy 40 SPF SD rats IN Guangzhou university of Chinese medicine animal experiment center,they are randomly divided into blank group,low dose group(1.2 g/Kg),middle dose group(2.4 g/Kg)and high dose group(3.6 g/Kg),each group 10.Low dose group,middle dose group and high dose group are fed low dose,middle dose and high dose of poppy shell decoction,once a day.The blood test is performed in the rats' inner canthus at the first and 1 week later and 2 weeks later,the blood test,liver function and kidney function are measured.2.The clinical research Between January 2014-February 2017 the third affiliated hospital of Guangzhou university of TCM and aromatic letter bridge east campus in lung cancer patients with bone metastases disease 30 cases were selected as the experimental group,patients were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,15 cases of each group,control group:morphine and experimental group:morphine +poppy shell decoction.On the basis of routine treatment,the experimental group received poppy shell(30g)decoction,once one day,2 weeks.According to the symptoms and signs of the patients,the two indexes of lung cancer were evaluated.Results 1.The experimental research Poppy shell in SD rats compared with control group,WBC,HGB,ALT,AST,AST/ALT,CR was statistically difference,RBC,PLT,BUN,no statistical difference.After 2 weeks in the low-dose group,the WBC was significantly increased,which was statistically different from the first comparison(P<0.05).with the increase of the dose HGB gradually decline,low dose group,middle dose group,high dose group compared with the blank group was statistically difference(P<0.05),low dose group,middle dose group and high dose group between is no statistical difference(P>0.05).High dose group is statistically significant(F=9.825,P<0.01),the HGB are statistically significant(F=10.809,P<0.01)between first and 1 week later,compared with 2 weeks later,the first is statistically significant(F=11.016,P<0.05),show the decline trend in the third group.ALT was statistically significant(F=6.665,P<0.05)in middle group,first?1 week later and 2 week later are statistically significant(P<0.05),ALT was gradually decline.ALT was statistically significant(F=56.42,P<0.01)in high dose group,first?1 week later and 2 week later are statistically significant(P<0.01),three groups showed a trend of decreasing step by step.AST was statistically significant(F=6.354,P<0.05)in middle group,first?1 week later and 2 week later are statistically significant(P<0.05),the result showed a trend of gradual decline.AST is statistically significant(F=8.186,P<0.05)in the high group,first?1 week later and 2 week later are statistically significant(Q=5.12899,P<0.05),the result showed a trend of gradual decline in the three groups.AST/ALT was significantly higher than the blank group in high-dose group after 2 week later,the,and there were statistically significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).There was a statistical difference in CR in the high-dose group(F=11.047,P<0.05),and there was a statistical difference(P<0.01)between first with 1 week later and 2 week later,and the CR is gradually increased.There was no statistically significant difference in BUN in the groups.2.The clinical research Compared with the experimental group,the PBS of the control group was increased with statistical difference(P<0.01).Compared with the experimental group,the PBS of the control group was increased with statistical difference(P <0.01).Compared with the experimental group,the NSE in the control group was increased,and there was a statistical difference(P <0.01).Compared with the experimental group,the NSE in the control group was increased,and there was a statistical difference(P <0.01).Compared with the experimental group,the CA211 in the control group was increased,and there was a statistical difference(P <0.05).Conclusion 1.There had an effects on blood routine,liver function and kidney function of the poppy shell.Poppy shell would have an influence on human's safety.2.Compared with morphine group,morphine+shell decoction group of pain behavior increases,and the specificity of NSE and CA211 drop,poppy shell is good for lung cancer patients with bone metastases to some extent.
