ObjectiveBy studying patients after liver resection TCM prescriptions and traditional Chinese medicine prescription,summarize the different diseases of liver after liver resection in patients with TCM syndrome changes and analysis of drug law,to summarize the principles of application of traditional Chinese medicine during perioperative liver resection,Standardize clinical dialectics and guide the key points of traditional Chinese medicine in the period of perioperation after liver resection so as to promote the maximum benefit of perioperative period in patients undergoing hepatectomy and at the same time to provide evidence-based medical evidence for the application of traditional Chinese medicine in perioperative liver surgery.MethodsBased on the theory of traditional Chinese medicine,this study researches the methods and principles of clinical epidemiology,and studies the clinical case observation table through literature review and clinical case data analysis,combined with many years' experience of Chinese and Western medicine teaching and supervisors,and designed the clinical case observation table through literature review and clinical case data analysis,combined with supervisor's many years' experience in diagnosis and treatment of Chinese and western medicine.According to the clinical case observation table,the electronic case data of patients undergoing liver resection surgery from 1st January 2016 to 31 th December 2017 in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were retrospectively collected.Basic data(name,sex,age,sex,Age,main symptoms,diagnosis of preoperative Chinese and Western medicine,Preoperative liver reserve function(Child-Pugh grading comprehensive score),operation site,operation time,3 days after the mainsymptoms,tongue pulse,complications,syndrome differentiation The data were sorted by Excel 2012 according to prescription,postoperative days of hospitalization,total days of hospitalization and postoperative pathological diagnosis,and stratified sample clustering was used for statistical analysis.The Ward method was used for clustering Method,the Euclidean distance is a measure method,using dendrogram and aggregation process to display the data.Further data were summarized,analyzed,respectively,obtained in different levels of liver function after liver resection of patients with TCM syndromes and drug analysis of the conclusions.ResultLiver neoplasms patients after liver resection of TCM Syndrome preoperative and postoperative were the most common in liver stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome,3 days after the main prescription from the liver and spleen by the rule,with spleen Shugan As the basis,comprehensive postoperative liver resection patients physiological characteristics and Lingnan special wet and hot climatic characteristics,Shugan gallbladder to rule the fact,to reconcile the spleen and stomach to solid this,the more use of qi medicine,tonic drugs as the main prescription drugs.2.Intrahepatic choledocholithiasis patients preoperative liver and gallbladder damp-heat card,postoperative virtual reality inclusion syndrome,spleen-based,wet evil heavier.3 days after the prescription of traditional Chinese medicine from the liver and spleen on both the rule to spleen dampness as the basis,spleen and dampness to rule in fact,spleen and qi to solid-based,and more use of qi medicine,tonics,dampness Medicine as the main group of drugs.3.Hepatectomy patients after traditional Chinese medicine prescription mainly licorice,Poria,Codonopsis,Atractylodes,Bupleurum,Citrus,Pinellia,ginger Magnolia,Angelica,Radix Paeoniae Alba,Astragalus 11 herbs for the kingdom,the main square are more The use of six gentlemen's soup,Chaihu Shugan San addition and subtraction,another five fingers peaches,yellow cassia and other Lingnan authentic herbs,treating both symptoms,medication appropriate,with Lingnan characteristics.ConclusionBy TCM syndrome postoperatively in patients with liver resection were retrospectively analyzed and the Chinese traditional medicine prescription,distribution of combined disease and prescription drug laws,for the application of liver surgery perioperative TCM and research provides evidence of evidence-based medicine.
