Objective:1.To investigate the expression of Ki-67 antigen and P53 protein in gastric mucinous adenocarcinoma and its relationship with biological characteristics and prognosis of gastric mucinous adenocarcinoma.2.First people's Hospital of Yangzhou city from 2010 to 2014 gastric Mucinous adenocarcinoma among 41 patients for the study, analyze the different relationship between clinical characteristics and Mucinous adenocarcinoma of the stomach, through the analysis of prognosis and risk factors, and better understanding of the pathogenesis of gastric Mucinous adenocarcinoma.Method:1.A retrospective analysis of 41 cases of gastric mucinous adenocarcinoma from 2010 to 2014 in Yangzhou First People's Hospital was carried out.Immunohistochemical Max,VisionTM and 2/HRP methods were used to detect the expression of Ki-67 antigen and P53 protein in 41 cases of gastric mucinous adenocarcinoma tissues, and to analyze its clinicopathological features and prognosis relationship.2.Redeployed from the medical record of 41 cases of Mucinous Carcinoma of the stomach in patients with clinical data, the correlation between clinical characteristics and prognosis analysis.Results:1.The positive expression rates of each molecular marker in mucinous adenocarcinoma tissues were:46.3%(19/41)for Ki-67 antigen and 58.5%(25/41)for P53 protein.2.The positive expression of Ki-67 antigen was closely relatd with TNM staging, lymph node metastasis(P<0.05),unrelated with the age, gender, location, tumor size, differentiation degree, and gastric mucinous adenocarcinoma invasion(P>0.05)of gastric mucinous adenocarcinoma patients.3.The expression of P53 protein was closely related with gastric mucinous adenocarcinoma invasion, the lymph node metastasis and TNM staging(P<0.05),and unrelated with the age and gender, tumor location, size and degree of differentiation(P>0.05)of gastric mucinous adenocarcinoma patients.4.No correlation between Ki-67 antigen and P53 protein expression in gastric mucinous adenocarcinoma(r=0.142,P>0.05).5.The survival rate of P53 protein positive group was lower than that of negative expression group after 3 years of surgical operation(Log-rank test:Chi square,2=5.056,P=0.025),the positive survival time of Ki-67 antigen positive group was significantly lower than that of negative group(Log-rank test:Chi square,2=5.175,P=0.023)after 3 years of surgical operation. The 3-year survival duration of the double negative group was significantly longer than that of the double positive group(Log-rank test:Chi square,2=9.160,P=0.002).6.Cox multivariate survival analysis showed that P53 protein,Ki-67 antigen, age and tumor differentiation were independent prognostic factors for postoperative survival of gastric mucinous carcinoma(P<0.05).7.The clinical features of distribution:gastric Mucinous carcinoma occurs in males, older than 60 patients;and HP infection, may be related to smoking, alcohol, obesity;the majority of patients of tumor marker CEA,CA199 increased and diameter sizes more than 5cm,and good hair at the middle and lower stomach 1/3;pathological,with low differentiation,More T2+T3 and lymph node metastasis.Less to do with marital status,diabetes.8.Over 3 years of follow-up,which OS to 34 ± 2.134 months, median PFS was 17 ±2.586 months.Conclusion:1.The expression of P53 protein was significantly correlated with the invasion depth, lymph node metastasis and TNM staging of gastric mucinous adenocarcinoma, and P53 protein high expression was the independent adverse prognostic factor of gastric mucinous adenocarcinoma.2.The expression of Ki-67 antigen was significantly correlated with lymph node metastasis and TNM staging of gastric mucous gland, and Ki-67 antigen high expression was the independent adverse prognostic factor of gastric mucinous adenocarcinoma.3.The results of clinical data analysis were consistent with previous studies.4.Ki-67 antigen,P53 protein may be a potential prognostic marker for gastric mucinous adenocarcinoma.
