Today,lots of people suffer from hearing diseases in human society.Hearing-impaired newborns screened in hearing screening can be cured or partially cured as soon as they are able to receive scientific treatment as early as possible.The hearing screening method is OAE(Otoacoustic Emissions).The research on OAE abroad began earlier.In developed countries in Europe and America,newborn hearing screening has become very popular.However,there is no mature handheld OAE hearing screening instrument in China.Therefore,the newborn hearing screen is popularized hard.Therefore,a hand-held OAE hearing screening device designed independently from the computer is designed in this paper,which realizes a high-speed full-duplex audio stream working mode using high-fidelity 24-bit audio and a sampling rate of up to 51.2 k Hz.The phase alignment algorithm extracts OAE signals with extremely low signal to noise ratios to achieve rapid screening of neonatal hearing problems in hospitals.This article aims at the Distortion Product Otoacoustic Emission(DPOAE)and Transient Evoked Otoacoustic Emission(TEOAE)signals in OAE.Time-frequency characteristics and screening criteria were analyzed to compare the existing algorithms for the extraction of ear signals,and the extraction algorithms such as accumulated average and threshold interception were improved according to the actual hardware platform conditions.Pre-phase alignment algorithms were proposed to smooth the processing.Sampling signals,filtering glitches,and processing two types of otoacoustic response signals to improve the signal-to-noise ratio,so that it has a better suppression of environmental noise and the effect of extracting the OAE signals.The handheld OAE hardware platform designed in this paper includes the main control module,audio codec module,signal amplification conditioning module,ear plug probe and other parts,and realizes two hearing screening methods,DPOAE and TEOAE.The ear is stimulated,the response otoacoustic signal is collected and then screened for judgment.And,the hardware platform also has real-time display test conditions,tester information and results management functions.Finally,this article calibrates,tests and analyzes the hardware and software of the entire OAE hearing screening platform,and then performs hearing screening statistics for some people in the laboratory environment.In the laboratory environment,the hearing screening platform of this article achieves the screening of neonatal OAE signals.
