The Reasearch About The Correlation Between The Incidence And Meteorological Factors Of Five Zang Diseases And In The Qianguo Area Of Jilin Province Based On The Six Gas Theory Of Huangdineijing

Purpose:Based on the six gas theory Qianguo area from 2003 to 2014 meteorological data and five Zang diseases data in the hospitals as the basic data,research on correlation between five the incidence of five Zang diseases and meteorological factors based on the six gas theory.And explore prevention and treatment of five diseases in the region with the modern research method.Method:1?Establish the the database of corresponding period meteorological factors and five Zang diseases from 2003 to 2014.Including:(1)the average temperature,maximum temperature,minimum temperature,sunshine difference,precipitation,average wind speed,maximum pressure,minimum pressure,relative humidity,minimum relative humidity and sunshine hour,the percentage of sunshine on day average of six gas time.(2)the number of five zang diseases in the way six gas time(Six gas time division in Dahan as the starting point).2?A descriptive statistical research of the relation of the six gas and five Zang diseases was conducted to explore the incidence and trend of the disease in five zang system.3?Study on the correlation between the six gas and five zang diseases.The Admission time of five zang disease according to the celestial manager qi,qi in the earth and eliminating exogenous pathogenic factors is divided.In the five systems respectively according to the same period the incidence of disease as the study group and the number of normal as the control group are by analyzed the chi square test to explore difference,P < 0.05,described the five zang diseases incidence of celestial manager qi,qi in the earth,eliminating exogenous pathogenic factors existing difference.The average value of each group of data is calculated and higher than average,expressed as high incidence,lower than or equal to average,indicating low incidence.Finally,the high incidence of the five zang diseases is be summed up according to the six gas theory of the Huangdineijing.4?Single factor correlation analysis between six gas time five zang diseases onset and meteorological factors use the statistical methods with SPSS19.0 software Spearman correlation analysis,meteorological factors including,the average temperature,maximumtemperature,minimum temperature,sunshine difference,precipitation,average wind speed,maximum pressure,minimum pressure,relative humidity,minimum relative humidity and sunshine hour,the percentage of sunshine.Result:1?The five zang diseases incidence of celestial manager qi,qi in the earth,eliminating exogenous pathogenic factors exist difference.2?The six gas time five zang diseases onset have correspondence with meteorological factors.Conclusion:1?The five zang diseases,not only are linked to celestial manager qi and qi in the earth,but also is connection to the five-elements existing the relationships of generation.2?the occurrence of liver diseases is closely related to the exuberance of hot—gas and wind.The occurrence of the heart diseases of is closely related to the exuberance of hot—gas and cold gas.The occurrence of the spleen disease is closely related to the gas of cold dampness and the gas of the dryness-heat.The occurrence of the lung disease of the closely related to the exuberance of the hot—gas and moisture.the occurrence of kidney disease is closely related to the exuberance of hot—gas and cold gas.3?There is a certain correlation between the five Zang diseases and meteorological factors.The incidence of five Zang diseases is related to the meteorological change of the main gas in the same period.The average wind speed is the most important meteorological factor that affects the incidence of five Zang diseases.The incidence of five Zang diseases is related to the meteorological change of the celestial manager qi and qi in the earth in the same period.The average temperature,the highest temperature and the lowest temperature are the most important meteorological factors affecting the disease of the five Zang,and the precipitation is the important meteorological factor affecting the disease of the five Zang.
