The Clinical Study Of Yangxin Tang Subtraction In Treating Microvascular Angina With Qi And Blood Deficiency Of Virtual Delay

Purpose:To observe the clinical effect of Yangxin tang subtraction in the treatment of microvascular angina due to Qi and blood stasis,and to explore the effect of Yangxin tang subtraction on TCM symptoms and quality of life in patients with microvascular angina.We also analyzed the mechanism of Yangxin tang subtraction's influence on microvascular angina due to Qi and blood stasis,to provide new ideas and new insights for TCM treatment of microvascular angina.Method:At the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,72patients(2017.1-2017.12)diagnosed as microvascular angina pectoris were selected,the age selection was between 18-75 years,and the male and female had no sex restriction,and the diagnostic criteria were consistent with the diagnosis of Qi and blood deficiency type microvascular angina pectoris.Random number coding was used for random grouping.Because this study was an exploratory clinical study,a double blind method was not adopted for the time being.The patients were divided into two groups for observation and study,respectively,the experimental group and the control group,each group of 36 cases.Of all the patients were treated with western medicine standardized treatment(aspirin,Crestor,betaloc and nicorandil therapy).The experimental group was given standardized treatment of Western medicine plus Yangxin tang subtraction(300ml,150ml,2 times per day),and the control group was treated with western medicine.And at the same time,according to the complication of the situation to give the corresponding drug treatment,the course of treatment was 4 weeks.The scores of TCM symptoms,angina pectoris scale,quality of life score and Duke exercise score in the two groups before and after treatment were observed,and X~2 test and t test were used to analyze the data of the two groups.Result:1.Before the clinical observation,the gender,age,course of disease,risk factors,TCM symptom scores and P values of the two groups were compared with those of the 0.05 groups.There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups.2.Efficacy of TCM symptoms:the effective rate of the experimental group was 58.33%,the effective rate was 36.11%,the total effective rate was 94.44%,the effective rate of the control group was 77.78%,the effective rate was 2.78%,the total effective rate was 80.56%.After analysis,P<0.05,there was a significant difference between the two groups.It is statistically significant.It can be concluded that the curative effect of TCM in the experimental group is obviously better than that in the control group.3.After comparing the two groups,the angina pectoris scale of Seattle in the five groups showed that the effect of angina pectoris in the experimental group,which was better than that in the control group in five aspects:the limitation of physical activity,the stable state of angina,the frequency of angina pectoris,the degree of treatment satisfaction and the recognition of disease.(P<0.05).It shows that there is statistical significance between the two groups.4.After treatment for 4 weeks,duke motion plate score showed that the score and risk stratification in the experimental group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05),and there was statistical difference between the two groups.5.Compared with the control group,the results of the quality of life score of SF-36 showed P<0.05,and there was a significant difference.It was proved that the curative effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group,and the quality of life score of the two groups was obviously improved after the treatment.Conclusion:1.It is obvious revealed that the clinical effect of Yangxin tang subtraction in treating microvascular angina with Qi and blood deficiency of virtual delay syndrome,and there is no adverse reaction in the patients.2.The addition of Yangxin tang subtraction has obviously improved the TCM symptoms and quality of life of the patients with microvascular angina,and has the advantages of low price,good effect and less side effects.It has certain application value in clinical use.3.Microvascular angina in pathogenesis,clinical manifestations,treatment and other aspects of TCM collateral disease theory,especially in clinical full play to the characteristics and advantages of traditional Chinese medicine,and further explore new ways of treatment.
