Clinical Observation Of Qingqiaozhitong Decoction In The Treatment Of Headache (Syndrome Of Yin Deficiency And Fire Prosperity)

Purpose: Along with the progress of The Times,women face self value pursuit and social on women’s expectations,female pressure increase too fast,premenstrual syndrome incidence and recurrence rate increased year by year,the line has become a serious headache women the importance of health concerns,therefore,the research in the prevention and treatment of headache in line with the current trend of medical development.This topic explores a watch from qing qiao pain decoction in headache in clinical application,created a new train of thought for Chinese medicine treatment in headaches.Method: Selected clinical Yin deficiency type fire in headache patients 72 cases,using the method of random divided patients into the treatment group and control group(n = 36).This subject adopts the symptoms score before and after the treatment and test index contrast observation of curative effect,the method of conducting clinical research.Oral treatment group given patients from qing qiao analgesic soup,control for patients with oral medicine serum brain particles.Taking method in taken 5 days before menstruation,a blunt 300 ml per day,a dose of daily,morning and evening temperature suit each 150 ml,even served for 10 days,even served three menstrual cycles for a period of treatment.Observe two groups of patients with clinical symptoms before and after medication,and evaluation of clinical curative effect.Result: Clinical observation showed that the treatment group total effective rate was90.6%,control group total effective rate was 84.4%.Through statistical analysis and comparison,there was a significant difference(P < 0.05),with statistical significance.Conclusion: Confirmed through clinical observation,contrast the treatment group and control group in the treatment of the line of headache(Yin deficiency syndrome)fire has better clinical efficacy,but from the clinical curative effect of qing qiao analgesic soup is better than traditional raised serum brain particles.This indicates that the treatment of TCM with "nourishing Yin and qianyang,soothing liver pain" has a significant effect on the treatment of headache(syndrome of Yin deficiency and fire prosperity).At the same time,the experimental process of the adverse events did not occur in the treatment group,can see according to the theory of traditional Chinese medicine,by careful card,evidence-based medicine is worth us to explore the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.
