The Physical Identification Of Traditional Chinese Medicine For Hoarseness?Vocal Nodules?

Objective: through to the throat though(vocal nodules)patients cases collection and observation,to explore the throat though(vocal nodules)in patients with TCM constitution type distribution,traditional Chinese medicine for prevention and treatment of laryngeal though(vocal nodules)can provide the basis for reference.Methods: By issuing a clinical questionnaire investigation and study,collect throat though(vocal nodules),86 cases of patients,10 cases,standard case 76 cases,and in accordance with the constitution of traditional Chinese medicine classification and decision table of classification to the constitution,use of Excel software to establish case database and the input data,then use SPSS21.0statistical software for statistical analysis of case information come to the conclusion.Results:1.The throat though(vocal nodules)in patients with TCM constitution type distribution is phlegmy wet mass(39.47%)> blood stasis mass(18.42%)> qi depression mass(17.11%)> Yin deficiency mass(7.89%)> Yang mass(5.26%)>deficiency of mass(3.95%)> peaceful mass(2.63%)hot wet mass(2.63%)= =great mass(2.63%).According to the results of the study,it can be concluded that phlegm-dampness,blood stasis,and qi depression are the hypertensive constitutions of the larynx(vocal nodules).2.24 cases of male patients,accounting for 31.58% of the total sample.52 cases of female patients,accounting for 68.42% of the total sample size;The ratio of men to women is 1:2.167.Women are more likely than men.3.There were 20 patients between the age of 3 and 20.accounting for26.32 %.39 patients aged 21 to 40,accounting for 51.31 percent of the total population;There were 17 patients aged 41 to 60,accounting for 22.37% of the total population.The number of patients between 21 and 40 years old is the most.4.There is a significant difference between the physical type and the genderof TCM.In female patients,the high incidence is phlegm,blood stasis,and qi depression,and the male patients are highly susceptible to phlegm.5.Of the 76 patients with laryngeal disease,53 had a history of abuse of the throat,indicating that the abuse of the voice was closely related to the formation of the larynx.6.Among the 20 patients aged 3 to 20,there were 11 cases of phlegm-dampness,and the highest proportion was 55.00%.Among the 39 patients aged 21 to 40,the proportion of phlegm-dampness and qi depression mass was35.90% and 23.08% respectively.A total of 17 patients aged 41 to 60 had the highest incidence of blood stasis and phlegm,with 52.94% and 29.41%respectively.Conclusion:1.The types of TCM constitution of patients with laryngeal(vocal nodules)mainly include phlegm,gas,and blood stasis;2.The incidence of women was higher than that of men;3.The onset age was 21 to 40 years old.;4.Among female patients,the high incidence is phlegm,blood stasis,and qi depression,The male patient has a high quality of phlegm;5.The abuse of voice is closely related to the formation of larynx.6.The incidence of phlegm and blood stasis was higher in all ages.
