As a branch of medicine,laser cosmetology has developed rapidly.The laser pulse light emitted from the appropriate wavelength can produce thermal decomposition and destroy the hair follicle,so as to achieve the purpose of laser hair removal.Skin image analysis has potential applications in many fields.Skin pores are useful features in computer-aided skin analysis and skin image registration,skin texture modeling and skin condition assessment also involve skin pore recognition.This paper mainly studies the application of computer vision correlation detection algorithm in the field of laser hair removal,to achieve automatic recognition and accurate positioning of the skin pores.First of all,This paper introduces the hardware platform of the laser skin medical system,and uses the industrial camera to obtain the skin stain or hair follicle location which needs to be treated.The camera is equivalent to the clinician's eyes;The laser energy is used to vaporize and decompose the hair follicles which need to be treated.The laser is equivalent to the doctor's scalpel.At the same time,this paper describes the connection mode and working process of each module in detail,and describes the process of skin recognition and location algorithm,which is equivalent to the process of brain judgment by doctors.Through the introduction of the system implementation process,it can help to understand the skin pores identification and positioning.Secondly,this paper focuses on the analysis of the skin pore recognition algorithm,using skin image as the object of processing,the paper verified several threshold segmentation,and found that the local adaptive threshold segmentation skin image performance is better.Aiming at the problem of image denoising,several filtering operators and morphological operations are verified respectively.The better skin recognition scheme is that the skin image is identified by Gauss fuzzy,Sobel operator filtering,Otus threshold segmentation,open operation and closed operation to recognize the skin pores.When calculating the coordinates of the central coordinates of the target in the skin image,this paper analyzes and compares the connected domain labeling,seed filling algorithm and contour extraction algorithm,and discusses their relations and differences.This paper further discusses the application of corner detection algorithm in the recognition and localization of skin pores.It is concluded that the Shi-Tomasi algorithm is superior to the Harris algorithm in the recognition of skin pores,but the Shi-Tomasi algorithm is greatly affected by the parameters.Finally,in the light of the specific engineering application of laser hair removal,the Shi-Tomasi algorithm based on parameter estimation is proposed to identify and locate the skin pores,which effectively improves the Shi-Tomasi algorithm seriously affected by parameters in the recognition and localization of skin pores.In the process of calculating the spatial position information of pores,this paper proposes a method for calculating the spatial location of skin pores based on the perspective transformation.In order to avoid the intense pain caused by the energy concentration in the process of laser treatment,a planning method based on time interval and space distance is proposed,which can effectively solve the problem of energy accumulation in the process of laser hair removal.
