| Objectives To observe the curative effect,recurrence rate,adverse reaction and the influence of the indexes of peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets in the treatment of chronic spontaneous urticaria by the new double effect antihistamine fumarate rupatadine,and provide the theoretical basis for the rational selection of antihistamines.Methods In this study,80 patients with dermatology department of the of our hospital were eligible for inclusion criteria.The method of random number table was divided into treatment and control group,the former group with rupatadine fumarat 10mg/time,daily 1 time,the control shall be loratadine 10 mg/times,1 times a day,two groups of patients with treatment for 12 weeks.To Observe and record the related indicators,evaluated the efficacy and recorded adverse reactions during treatment.Use flow cytometry to measure the indexes of the peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets of the two groups of patients before and after treatment,and after the treatment,the two groups continued to observe the 6 months and recorded the recurrence.Results 1.Comparison of clinical symptom and physical signs(UAS7)in two groups:Two groups of patients were evaluated before and after treatment for 4 weeks,8weeks and 12 weeks.In both groups,the UAS7 were decreased significantly with the duration of treatment,and there were statistical differences between UAS7 and UAS7 in the adjacent period(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference(UAS7)between the two groups after 4 weeks of treatment(p>0.05).UAS7 was lower than the control group in 8weeks and 12 weeks after treatment,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).2.Two group overall curative effect comparison,the statistical results showed that the total efficiency of treatment group and control group after 4weeks was very small,there was no statistical significance(p>0.05),and the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group after 8 ? 12 weeks,and there were statistical differences(p<0.05).3 Comparison of all T-cell subsets index between previous and later treatment in each group: the constituent ratio of CD3+ T cells and CD8+ T cells of patients from two groups in previous treatment was lower than the healthy group,while the ratio of CD4+/CD8+was higher than the healthy one.There was statistical discrepancy.(P<0.05).After treatment,the constituent ratio of CD3+ T cells and CD8+ T cells of all patients in both groups was clearly increased compared with previous treatment,and the ratio of CD4+/CD8+ was relatively decreased,which exists statistical differences(P<0.05).After treatment,there was no statistical difference between the treatment group and the healthy group(P>0.05).The composition ratio of CD3+ T cells and CD8+ T cells in the control group was lower than that the healthy group and the treatment group,and the ratio of CD4+/CD8+ was higher than that of healthy group and the treatment group.And there have statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in the composition ratio of CD4+ T cells in the previous and later treatment in all groups(P>0.05)4.The recurrence rate of the two groups was lower than that in the control group,and there was a statistically significant(p<0.05).5 Treatment group appeared 2 cases of mild sleepiness,1 cases of headache,3cases of mild sleepiness,narcolepsy and other adverse reactions.in control groups,which were well tolerated by the patients.No serious adverse reactions were found in both groups.Conclusion Rupatadine the treatment of chronic spontaneous urticaria Group has a significant effect,can effectively control symptoms,reduce or even stop the outbreak of wind Regiment,effective correction of peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets disorder,improve the patient's cellular immune function,reduce the recurrence rate,at the same time less adverse reactions,high safety,It is worthy of clinical application... |
