Clinical Effect Of Enhanced Recovery After Surgery In Laparoscopic Colorectal Cancer Surgery

Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of enhanced recovery after surgery in the operation of laparoscopic colorectal cancer and evaluate its applied value.Methods: A retrospective study was adopted to analyze the clinical data of 90 patients with colorectal cancer diagnosed by laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer from June 2014 to December 2017 in the second affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University,Patients were randomly divided into enhanced recovery surgery group(n=42)and traditional group(n=48)according to different perioperative management.The comparative indexes including general condition,preoperative feeling,surgical stress index,postoperative exhaust time,hospitalization time,hospitalization costs,incidence of postoperative complications and readmission rate were researched in two groups.T test was used for comparison of 2 groups of enumeration data,and Chi-squared test was used for comparison of 2 groups measurement data.Results: There was no significant difference in general condition,postoperative complications and readmission rate in two groups(P>0.05),but the total incidence of complications in enhanced recovery surgery group was lower than that in the traditional group(26.19% vs 41.67%).while there was significant difference between the two groups in preoperative sensation,surgical stress index,postoperative exhaust time,hospitalization time and hospitalization costs(P<0.05).Conclusions: The application of enhanced recovery surgery in laparoscopic colorectal cancer surgery is safe and effective,and it accelerates the postoperative rehabilitation without increasing postoperative complications and readmission rate,reduces stress reaction,shortens the hospitalization time and reduces the costs of hospitalization.
