Clinical Observation Of Huangbai Lotion With Yanglingquan Rubbing And Embolizing Neonatal Jaundice

Objective: Observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Huangbai lotion experience bath and massage Yanglingquan outside the treatment of neonatal jaundice.Methods: The children meeting the inclusion criteria were divided into a treatment group and a control group according to the random number table method,with 22 cases in each group.Among them,on the basis of blue light treatment,the treatment group added Huangbai lotion to massage with Yanglingquan acupoint,and the control group took a bath with clear water on the basis of blue light treatment.Both groups bathed once a day for 5 days.Observe and compare the transdermal bilirubin values,serum bilirubin values,meconium-transfusion time,and total time of blue light treatment on the second day,the third day,the fourth day,and the fifth day in the two groups of children.The main symptoms and secondary symptoms scores of the two groups were changed before and after treatment.Results: There was no significant difference in the values of transdermal bilirubin,serum bilirubin,and TCM syndrome scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).Comparison of transdermal bilirubin values,serum bilirubin values,meconium-transfusion time,total time of blue light treatment,and TCM syndrome scores on the 2nd,3rd,4th,and 5th days of treatment in the two groups As a result,the transdermal bilirubin value and serum bilirubin value were lower in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05);the meconium-transfusion time in the treatment group was earlier than that in the control group(P<0.05);The total time of treatment was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05);the score of TCM syndrome in the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the syndrome in the treatment group was 91%,the total effective rate of the disease efficacy was 95%,and that of the control group was82% and 77% respectively.There was a significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion: Huangbai lotion Experience bath and massage Yanglingquan outside the treatment of neonatal jaundice,can reduce its bilirubin levels,shorten the meconium transfer time,reduce the total time of blue light treatment and improve the scores of Chinese medicine syndrome,has better The clinical efficacy.During the treatment,no toxic side effects were found and the safety was good.
