Cancer,as the biggest killer of harm to human health,has undergone a lot of research.However,the death rate of cancer is still rising,and the migration of cancer cells is a very important factor causing the death of cancer patients.Therefore,we need to have an comprehensive understanding of the ways and means of metastasis of cancer cells.In this article,we analyzed the trajectory of cell migration in depth based on experimental cell migration data combined with Brownian motion and statistical physics methods.And use some novel and effective methods,such as the power spectrum fitting to get the motion parameters of cancer cell migration.It has been found that different types of cells have different motor behaviors.The autocorrelation function of some cell types is double exponential decay,which is different from the single exponential decay produced by the traditional Persistent random walk model.It is well known that the traditional continuous stochastic model is homogeneous,but the microenvironment in which the cell moves is anisotropic.However,this anisotropy has an important influence on the migration pattern of cancer cells.An anisotropic model was used to analyze its important effects on cancer cell migration.In order to deeply mine the information in the time series data,the Singular vector decomposition method is applied to the trajectory of the cell to obtain the major and minor axes of any migration trajectory.Based on this method,we can use traditional analytical methods to get the cell's migration properties on these two axes and further verify the influence of microenvironment anisotropy on cell migration.Using the maximum likelihood estimation method to fit the velocity power spectrum,we can get the cell's motion parameters to understand the cell structure in a cell population.This cell structure can help us to understand the phenomenon of leading cell exchange in collective cell migration and provide a reference for modeling the migration of population cells.And by analyzing the experimental data,we can roughly get the physical image of cancer cell migration.
