Background:With the change of people's eating habits, the incidence of cholelithiasis patients is increasing year by year.Choledocholithiasis is a frequently occurring disease in general surgery.Patients usually present with acute abdomen. The condition is usually rather complicated.Conventional antibiotics, cholelithiasis and other drugs often fail to achieve good results. At present, the main treatment is surgery, but the traditional open surgery can cause stone trauma, and other complications Minimally invasive technology, laparoscopy combined with choledochoscopy in the treatment of cholelithiasis technology has developed rapidly.Through retrospective analysis of laparoscopy combined with intraoperative choledochoscopy in the treatment of biliary calculi patients in this study,we analyzed the specific advantages of the two treatment methodsObjective:To explore the clinical effect of choledochoscopy combined with laparoscopy in the treatment of biliary calculi, and further promote the clinical application of LCBDE(Laparoscopic common bile duct exploration laparoscopic common bile duct exploration)Methods:The clinical data of 113 cases of patients with choledocholithiasis who were admitted from January 2013 to November 2017 in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical University affiliated. The use of laparoscopy combined with choledochoscopy in treatment of choledocholithiasis patients as the experimental group(N=34(30.09%)),with traditional open stone surgery in treatment of choledocholithiasis as control group(N=79(69.91%))with clinical cases, and nursing care of patients, number of preoperative imaging examination and intraoperative calculi. We compared the 2 groups of patients with general information, operation time, intraoperative blood loss, gastrointestinal function recovery time, postoperative drainage time, hospitalization time and cost, the preoperative and postoperative TB(Total Bilirubin). Results:Patient's age, gender, number of stones and the width of the bile duct were not statistically significant(P<0.05).In the case of perioperative period, there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups except for the hospitalization expenses and the peritoneal drainage.,All the other comparison categories were statistically significant.Experimental group on the hospitalization time, intraoperative blood loss, significantly less than the control group, experimental group in the recovery time of gastrointestinal tract and T-tube pull time were also statistically significantly smaller than in the control group. In the experimental group, the incidence of postoperative complications compared to the control group is small, but the experimental operation time compared to control group becomes shorter s of technology and the accumulation of clinical experience. The treatment of laparoscopy comwith the progresbined with choledochoscope is worthy of further promotion. Conclusion:Compared with traditional open abdominal surgery, laparoscopic combined choledochoscope has less surgical trauma, less bleeding, faster recovery of gastrointestinal function and less postoperative complications, which is worthy of further clinical promotion.
