Objective: To explore the clinical effects, advantages and disadvantages of the surgical treatment of intraspinal tumors in the Department of neurosurgery and spinal surgery. Methods: A retrospective analysis of 25 cases of Department of neurosurgery for surgical treatment of intraspinal tumor patientsin Qingdao municipal hospital, the Operation of neurosurgery all used microscope to remove the tumor and through the different operation methods can be divided into the Neurosurgery laminectomy group and Neurosurgery semi-laminectomy group;20 cases of spinal surgical treatment of intraspinal tumorspatients in Qingdao municipal hospital, the operation was carried out by eyes and the patients were received laminectomy treatment, the internal fixtures were used in any operations;Neurosurgery laminectomy group,Neurosurgery semi-laminectomy group and spine surgery group were compared, and surgery time, intraoperative blood loss, tumor resection rate, hospitalization expenses and postoperative neurological function improvement rate, postoperative complications, hospitalization were compared between patients after operation. Results:There were no significant differences between the two groups in the Neurosurgery laminectomy group and the spinal surgery group in the time of hospitalization, the amount of bleeding and the cost of hospitalization. In the operation time,Neurosurgery laminectomy group was significantly higher than the spinal surgery group, and there was a statistically significant difference. However, the total resection rate of tumor was significantly higher than that of the spinal surgery group, and the recovery of nerve function after operation was obviously better than that of the spinal surgery group; The operation time, postoperative hospitalization time, intraoperative blood loss, hospitalization cost of Neurosurgery semi-laminectomy group was significantly lower than the spine surgery group, spinal surgery is obviously superior to the recovery of nerve function after surgery. In the occurrence of complications, there were nocomplications in the Neurosurgery laminectomy group and 2 cases of spinal surgery group occurred complications. In terms of spinal stability, there was one patients occurred spinal instability in Neurosurgery laminectomy group, there also was one patients occurred spinal instability in Neurosurgery laminectomy group. Conclusion:In the surgical treatment of intraspinal tumors, the patients of Neurosurgery group received the method of semi-laminectomy or laminectomy, spinal surgery with surgical laminectomy, through the correlation between the groups postoperative hospitalization time, intraoperative blood loss, tumor resection rate, total hospitalization expenses and other aspects of the comparison,The operation time of the spinal surgery group is slightly lower than that in the Department of Neurosurgery,When the patient is treated with the same surgical procedure, the cause of this result is the operation of spinal surgery for more spinal fixation. The Department of neurosurgery has more advantages in the recovery of nerve function, the amount of bleeding and the total cut rate of the tumor. When patients receive different surgical methods, the advantages of the method of semi-laminectomy are more obvious, which should be further promoted and used in clinical practice.
