Objective:The clinical efficacy of Half-Laminectomy and Full-Lami nectomy in the treatment of intraspinal tumors was compared by Meta-a nalysis. Methods:PubMed? Embase? Cochrane Library?CNKI?WANFANG and VI P were searched by computer to collect the articles about Half-Laminect omy and Full-Laminectomy in the treatment of Intraspinal tumor,Select articles based on inclusion criteria, and the articles are selected by two authors independently. The quality of the included articles was evaluate d according to The Newcastle-Ottawa Scale(NOS).The low-quality arti cles with scores below 5 were excluded and the data contained in the a rticles were extracted. The data was analyzed using Review Manager 5.3 software.Results:Finally,14 articles with 1047 patients were included in this Meta-a nalysis, with 528 patients in Half-Laminectomy group and 519 patients i n Full-Laminectomy group. The results of Meta-analysis showed that the operation time[MD=-62.14,95%CI(-79.74,-44.54),P<0.00001] ?The intrao perative blood loss[MD=-257.51,95%CI(-344.77,-170.26),P<0.00001] ?Th e postoperative hospitalization time[MD=-6.69,95%CI(-8.03,-5.36),P<0.00001]?Get out of bed time after operation[MD=-18.61,95%CI(-21.49,-15.74),P<0.00001]?The incidence of postoperative total complications[OR=0.26,95%CI(0.16,0.43),P<0.00001]?The rate of Cerebrospinal fluid leakag e[OR=0.38,95%CI(0.17,0.88),P=0.02]?The Incidence of posterior protru sion instability of the spine[OR=0.19,95%CI(0.05,0.65),P=0.009]?The rate of local pain[OR=0.22,95%CI(0.05,0.88),P=0.03]?The rate of Spina l instability[OR=0.08,95%CI(0.03,0.19),P<0.00001] was shorter in HalfLaminectomy group,The rate of Tumor resection[OR=2.70,95%CI(1.16,6.25),P=0.02]?The rate clinical symptom improvement[OR=3.21,95%CI(1.96,5.28),P<0.00001] was higher in Half-Laminectomy group,The Post operative infection probability[OR=0.59,95%CI(0.30,1.19),P=0.14] and th e Incidence of muscle weakness[OR=0.37,95%CI(0.09,1.62),P=0.19] was no statistical significance. Conclusion:Both the Half-Laminectomy group and the Full-laminectomy group achieved good short-term therapeutic effects. In the Half-Laminectomy g roup, the surgical incision and the injury is small, patients who have un dergone Half-laminectomy have a faster healing of the surgical incision, shortens the length of hospital stay, reduces the cost of hospitalization,Get out of bed earlier,Reduce the risk of nosocomial infection, pressu re sores and thrombosis,The spine has high stability and good therapeu tic effect. In clinical work,However,it is necessary to strictly master th e indications in the clinical, and need to choose a suitable approach bas ed on the actual situation.
