| ObjectivesThis study aimed to evaluated the clinical effect of 189 IPS E.max casting porcelain veneers 1~7 years following delivery,In order to provide reference for clinical practice.MethodsThe 189 front teeth of 76 cases were selected from September 2010 to August 2016 in the Qiingdao University affiliated Qingdao Municipal Hospital of stomatology hospital patients as the object of the study,19 cases were male 54 teeth,135 teeth of 57 cases of female,aged 25 ~56 years,were treated with IPS E.Max porcelain veneer of hot pressing repair,repair completion time for 1~7 years.The teeth of 14 patients with28 dental veneers,37 cases of defect of 58 veneers,dental color 25 cases with 103 veneers.USPHS(United States Public Health reference Service,the American public health agencies)develop clinical evaluation criteria for case return inspection,to complete restoration and repair of body color,marginal fit,adjacent marginal discoloration,secondary caries,gingival reaction index,clinical classification,clinical excellent and good clinical satisfaction,satisfaction,clinical the clinical difference of five grades for repair after clinical evaluation.The life table method was used to analyze the survival of IPS E.max press porcelain veneer repair body.Results1?this research through clinical examination and assessment of the effect of 1 to 7years,3 cases were found to be IPS E.max press porcelain veneer after initial wear off in 1 to 2 years,including 1 cases after examination revealed complete restoration,abutment damage,re bonding after not fall off again;2 prosthesises after shedding was badly damaged and re produced after the referral examination without exception.The 6cases had local hyperemia of the gingiva or mild calculus after 4 to 7 years after the repair,and there were punctate bleeding after the probe.In 3 cases,2 years after the completion of the veneer,local cleavage of the lateral or distal incisal ridge occurred,but did not affect the adjacency relationship.The patients themselves did not find local polishing and polishing treatment.At last,there was no further damage to the integrity of the prosthesis.The color,brightness and light transmittance of the 2 cases were consistent with the incomplete coordination of the adjacent teeth,but the degree of change in the shade of the prosthesis was within the normal range.There were 1 cases of prosthetic disintegration,and no abnormality was found after remaking.2?the vast majority of IPS E.max press porcelain veneers prostheses achieve excellent clinical grade in clinical evaluation of integrity,color of restorations,marginal fitness,adjacent edge discoloration,secondary caries and gingival reaction.The clinical dissatisfaction and clinical difference were 1.6% in the examination of the integrity of the prosthesis.3?The retention rates of IPS E.max press porcelain veneers for 1~7 years were100%,99.4%,98.7%,98.7%,98.7%,98.7%,96.7% and 96.7%.Conclusions1?IPS E.max press porcelain veneer has good clinical effect in the repair of anterior teeth in dental aesthetics,color(including dead pulp teeth,hypomineralized enamel and dental fluorosis etc.),teeth and tooth defect repair effect is satisfied,is an ideal method for repairing.2?In this study,a retrospective study was conducted on 189 cases of veneer.The observation time was 1~7 years.Larger sample size and long-term clinical effect need further review. |
