The Effect Of 24-hour Analgesia Treatment And Changes Of The Quality Of Life And Mood In Patients With Cancer Pain And Their Families Before And After The Treatment

BackgroundCancer pain is the main symptoms of cancer patients.The incidence of cancer in newly diagnosed cancer patients was 25%,and the incidence of pain in patients with end-stage patients was as high as 75%.Cancer pain has a significant impact on the quality of life of patients.In addition,during the treatment of the patient,the family members suffered from various pressures,leading to the decline of their quality of life and an increase of the incidence of bad mood.ObjectiveTo observe the efficacy of 24 h standardized cancer pain treatment and explore the changes of the quality of life and mood in cancer pain patients and their families before and after 24-hour analgesia treatment.MethodsUse the Numerical Rating Scale(NRS)to evaluate pain degrees of 108 cancer patients and treat them for pain relief.According to the WHOQOL-100 scale,BPI scale,the self-evaluation of anxiety scale(SAS)and depression self rating scale(SDS)to evaluate the change for the cancer pain in 24 h and the quality of life and mood in cancer patients and their families.Results1.After 24 h cancer pain standardized treatment,moderate cancer pain relief rate was 93.6%,and severe cancer pain relief rate was 82.1%.2.After 24 h cancer pain standardized treatment,The pain relief rate of patients with somatic pain was 94.5%,the pain relief rate of visceral pain was 89.6%,the pain relief rate of neuralgia was 90.2%,and the pain relief rate of mixed pain patients was 85.4%.3.After 24 h cancer pain standardized treatment,the pain relief rate was 89.5% in the elderly group,and the pain relief rate was 93.8% in the non-senile group.4.After 24 h cancer pain standardized treatment,patients with esophageal cancer pain relief rate was 91.5%,lung cancer pain relief rate was 93.7%,colorectal cancer patients pain relief rate was 90.8%,gastric cancer patients pain relief rate was 89.4%,and breast cancer patients with pain relief rate was 92.2%.5.The patients’ TSAS was 57.42±4.33 before the cancer pain treatment,and 48.85± 1.01 after the treatment.The patients’ TSDS was 53.25±4.76 before the cancer pain treatment,and 39.12±2.57 after the treatment.And the activities of daily living,emotion,walking ability,daily work ability,relationship with others,interest in life in patients have been significantly improved after the 24-hour analgesia treatment(P<0.05).6.The TSAS of patients’ families was 55.83±5.21 before the cancer pain treatment,and 44.76±2.25 after the treatment.The TSDS was 52.47±4.18 before the cancer pain treatment,and 39.38±1.39 after the treatment.And the mental state,appetite,daily activity,fatigue and sleep of the patients’ families were also significantly improved after the 24-hour analgesia treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion1.Cancer pain treatment can effectively relieve different degrees of pain,different kinds of pain,different ages patients’ pain and different parts of the cancer pain.2.Standardized cancer pain treatment can improve the quality of life and bad mood of patients and their families.
