Objective:Uterine rupture is one of the obstetric emergency and severe cases,and serious crisis from life,as the two child policy open,scar uterine pregnancy again,and the development of the assisted reproductive technology,the incidence of uterine rupture has increasing trend,risk factors of uterine rupture are diversiform,the purpose of this paper is to summarize risk factors,clinical features,treatment and preventive measures for uterine rupture,so as to provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods:We analyzed retrospectively the clinical data of patients with uterine rupture treated in our hospital between 2016 and 2017.In combination with related literature review,explore risk factors,clinical features,treatment and prevention measures of uterine rupture during pregnancy and delivery.Results:This paper reports two cases of uterine rupture were parous women of childbearing age,younger than 35 years old.one case had a history of tubal excision,away from the pregnancy interval more than two years,anther case of a history of myomectomy,was apart from the pregnancy interval of more than one year.They were greater than 30 weeks of pregnancy,two patients were abdominal pain,one case was misdiagnosed as acute appendicitis,intraoperative probe found that.Anther case of acute fetal distress associated with pain,uterine rupture diagnosed clearly,two cases were performed uterine rupture repair,both the mathers and fetus' recovery and outcomes were well.Conclusion:The clinical features of uterine rupture are varied and the typical cases diagnosis is not difficult,but the atypical cases are easily ignored.Always having a history of uterus or uterine accessories related operation is risk factors of the uterine rupture,we should learn more about her operation,strengthen the management and supervision during pregnancy,improve vigilance,timely find uterine rupture,avoid missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis.
