Objective:To evaluate the safety and effectiveness of the ligation electrotomy in the treatment of coarse-long pedicle colonic polyps, and to seek a new skill for the treatment of colonic polyps. Methods:From December 2013 to December 2017,35 cases with coarse-long pedicle colonic polyp were performed by the ligation electrotomy in the Depart ment of gastroenterology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University. The endoscopic procedures and the successful rate of complete resection ofpolyps were recorded;the incidence of complications such as bleeding or per-foration or residual pedicle retention were analyzed;the time of the recovery of diet and daily activities after operation were observed?Compared with the patients who had been treated with metal clip-trap electrotomy and nylon rope-trap electroresection for colonic polyps with long pedicle. Results:In the treatment of coarse-long pedicle colonic polyps by using the ligation electrotomy, the operation time was short,no complications such as bleeding or perforation were observed, and the patients recovered quickly during and after the operation. Conclusion:It is a safe, effective and has less complications to treat the coarse-long pedicle colonic polyps by using the ligation electrotomy,so it is worth popularizing in clinic. |
