OBJECTIVE: To investigate the clinical value of HRCT 3d reconstruction technique in traumatic auditory chain traumatic fracture.METHODS:retrospectively analysis of 14 traumatic ear ossicular chain interruption patient the first affiliated hospital of Guangxi medical university otolaryngology head and neck surgery department from January 2005 to October2017 treated traumatic ear ossicular chain interruption, underwent HRCT scanning and three-dimensional reconstruction, and the result would be compared with surgical results.RESULTS: The coincidence rate of HRCT scan compared with surgical result is 28.57%,the coincidence rate of three-dimensional reconstruction is85.71%.Therefore,three dimensional reconstruction imaging technique could give the doctor more clearly and stereoscopic images for the destruction of ossicular chain.CONCLUSION: 3D reconstruction can display and diagnosis of auditory ossicular chain destruction more clearly, and can be used to evaluate auditoryossicular chain pathological changes accurately, and the risk of the operation.
