The Observation Of Acupuncture Neiguan Sanyinjiao In Treatment Of Diarrhea Type Irritable Bowel Syndrome With Depressive Tendencies

Objective:To improve IBS symptoms in patients with depression by acupuncturing neiguan and sanyinjiao and observe the clinical effect.To explore the method for efficacy and safety of the treatment for IBS symptoms in patients with depression.Verify the actual reliability of acupuncture effect.And providing a safe,simple,and effective treatment for clinical treatment of IBS symptoms in patients with depression.Methods:To selection 60 cases from the specified hospital.According to the principle of 1:1,adopt the method of randomized into the treatment group and control group that patients with 30 cases in each group.In the treatment group patients were treatmented by acupuncturing neiguan and sanyinjiao,and in the control group patients were treatmenting by the ordinary acupuncture.The study began on the basis of non-difference in the results of the basic conditions,such as gender,age and the scale scores of IBS-SSS and HAMD-17.When the experiment ended,scale indicators again,and evaluate the effect analysis..Results:1.The study began on the basis of non-difference in the results of the basic conditions,such as gender,age and the scale scores of IBS-SSS and HAMD-17.There were no obvious difference(P > 0.05),comparable.2.Clinical treatment of depression is effective in comparison of both groups(P>0.05).But In the comparison of bouth group HAMD-17 scale scores,two groups of treatment had significant differences(P < 0.05).The effect of treatment group is better than that of conventional acupuncture group.3.The two groups before and after treatment bouth had significant differences scores by comparison(P < 0.05).Two groups of patients with treatments were effective.4.Compared two groups total effective rate that based on IBS-SSS scale scores,Statistics show that there were no statistical differences,two groups had curative effect.Conclusion:Two groups of treatments were effective,but the method of acupuncturing Neiguan and Sanyinjiao was superior in the treatment of depression.This treatment provided a reference for the clinical doctors.
