The Clinical Research Of "Shuanggu Yitong" Acupuncture On The Treatment Of Knee Osteoarthritis

Objective:Through "Shuanggu Yitong" acupuncture and Western medicine foundation grouping to treat KOA,observe scores of knee osteoarthritis and index changes of serum IL-1,OPG,OPG/RANKL,and discuss "Shuanggu Yitong" stitch the regulatory mechanisms of efficacy and specificity of OPG/RANKL/RANK systems.Methods:Collecting 60 cases of KOA,using the method of randomization,which were divided into treatment and control groups,30 cases each.Treatment group used "Shuanggu Yitong" acupuncture,take points: main points: Guanyuan,Zusanli(bilateral);distribution points: Dubi(ipsilateral),Neixiran(ipsilateral),Xuehai(ipsilateral),Yanglingquan(ipsilateral),Liangqiu(ipsilateral),Yinlingquan(ipsilateral),and Ashixue,Heding(ipsilateral).1 acupuncture on alternate days,1-3 times a week,2 week 1 course,a total of6 courses,or 12 weeks.The control group was given oral Glucosamine Hydrochloride Capsules,0.48 g,2 times a day;Diacerein capsules,50 mg,2 times a day.Take 3 months.Make effective comparison and analysis of clinical symptoms and function to pretherapy and post-treatment of 6 weeks,12 weeks of two groups,and make statistical analysis to index changes of serum IL-1,OPG,OPG/RANKL in pretherapy and post-treatment.Results:1.The clinical efficacy: After 6 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group is 86.67%,and the control group is 63.33%;after 12 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group is 93.33%,and the control group is 76.67%.The total effective rate of treatment group is better than the control group,and the discrepancy has statistically significant(P<0.05).2.VAS score and Lequesne score: Before treatment the two groups has no significant difference(P>0.05);Pretherapy and post-treatment have significant differences(P<0.05),and the treatment group is better than the control group.3.Pretherapy and post-treatment of IL-1,OPG and OPG/RANKL influence: After treatment,IL-1 levels(p<0.05)of the treatment group and control group compared with pretherapy is significantly decreased,and the effect of treatment group is better than the control group(p<0.05).OPG,OPG/RANKL ratio of treatment group and control group compared with pretherapy is significantly improved(p<0.05),and the effect of the treatment group is better than the control group(p<0.05).Conclusion:1.Treatment of knee osteoarthritis with "Shuanggu Yitong" acupuncture,can obtain the exact curative effect,obviously improve the clinical symptoms of patients,raise patients' quality of life;2.Treatment of knee osteoarthritis with "Shuanggu Yitong" acupuncture,can significantly reduce the serum level of IL-1;3.The mechanism of treatment of knee osteoarthritis with "Shuanggu Yitong" acupuncture can by improving the ratio of OPG and OPG/RANKL in the serum and regulating the OPG/RANKL/RANK system to play a role in treatment;4.Treatment of knee osteoarthritis with "Shuanggu Yitong" acupuncture which has advantages of simple operation,high safety,low treatment cost is worthy of clinical application.
