Objectives:The purpose of our study was to investigate the influences of different levels of GLS1 expression in pathological indexes and imagine examinations, which can help us to establish the relationships between the metabolism of liver cancer and the diagnostic indexes. Thus,a more comprehensive understanding of the biological behavior of liver cancer in different metabolic states provided in this research. Also providing a better basis for the clinical and prognosis. Methods:In this study,504 cases of liver cancer were collected from the Drum Tower Hospital Affiliated to Nanjing University Medical College for 2013~2017 years.420 males and 85 females, aged 23~85 years,average(57.16 ±10.32)years old.All patients have been diagnosed by imaging, pathology and cell diagnostics. The use of each sample was informed by the donor and was standardized by ethical examination. The suspicious foci were removed and the suspicious foci transferred to the pathology department were made from specimens, fixed, dehydrated, paraffin embedded, embedded, sliced and dyed. Then, the proportion of positive cells(GLS1,CK-19,AFP,Ki-67,GPC-3)in the high power field was countedSPSS 22 software was used for statistical analysis. The difference of GLS1 expression with pathological indexes and imaging indexes was statistically significant.P<0.05 was statistically significant, and Spearman was used to analyze the correlation.P<0.05 had statistical significance.Results:1.The degree of the invasion of the liver capsules and invasion of the liver vessels would be increased significantly, futhermore, the expression of CK-19,AFP,Ki-67 and GPC-3 would be upregulated, with the increased expression of GLS1 in liver cancer tissues.2.with the increased expression of GLS1 in liver cancer tissues, the CT values of liver cancer tissues increased significantly in both arterial phase and venous phase. At once the variations of CT values form both plain scanning to arterial phase and arterial phase to venous phase became larger but venous phase to delayed phase became smaller. Conclusion:The expression of GLS1 was significantly correlated with the indexes of pathological diagnosis and CT perfusions of HCC.GLS1 may be a potential biological marker associated with the prognosis of liver cancer, and perfusion may be an important auxiliary examination of precision chemotherapy for liver cancer.
