Proximal Needling In Treatment Of Hemiplegic Patient With Shoulder Pain

Objective:Observe the clinical efficacy of proximal needing treating hemiplegic patient with shoulder pain.Methods:A total of 64 hemiplegic patients with shoulder pain were randomly divided into two groups,namely proximal needling group,the control group,32 cases each.proximal needling group of adjacent needing acupuncture at ashi,the control group of micro needle acupuncture at ashi point?Jianyu(LI15)?Jianliao(SJ14)?Jianzhen(SI9)?Binao(LI14),condensation wave power was given 30 min each time,2 times a day,each course of treatment is 6 days,1 day rest,continuous four weeks.Analysis of the two groups before and after treatment in the patients with Visual Analogue Scale(VAS),lateral upper extremity muscle strength of hemiplegia,the simplified Fugl-Meyer upper limb movement function(FMA)score and Modified Barthel Index(MBI)score,evaluation of patients with hemiplegia shoulder pain degree to improve the situation,changes of muscle strength in hemiplegia,the shoulder joint motion function on the improvement of their ability to change and daily life.After the treatment using spss22.0 statistical software for statistical analysis and evaluate the curative effect.Results:1.Two groups of patients before and after treatment group comparison,VAS score was decreased,upper limb strength increased,the FMA and MBI scores were higher,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).2.4 weeks after treatment in both groups compared between groups,VAS score in proximal needling group was lower significantly compared with control group,upper limb strength increased,FMA and MBI scores were higher than the control group,difference is significantly(p<0.05).3.4 weeks after treatment proximal needling group total effective rate was 93.8%,the control group was 71.9%,proximal needling group total effective rate was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Two groups of acupuncture method can improve hemiplegic patients with shoulder pain.2.proximal needling acupuncture method can significantly reduce after a stroke shoulder pain degree of patients,improve the muscle strength effectively,the upper limb movement function and the ability of daily life are also enhanced.The total effective rate was significantly higher than that of control group.
