BackgroundIn recent years,the morbidity and mortality of colorectal cancer remain high,which has become one of the most common malignant tumors in the gastrointestinal tract.At present,the treatment of rectal cancer mainly consists of surgery,radiotherapy and chemotherapy.Laparoscopic radical resection of rectal cancer has become the first choice for rectal cancer surgery due to its features of clear anatomy,small trauma and quick recovery.In order to maximize the minimally invasive procedure of laparoscopic radical rectal cancer,the method was applied to natural endoscopic surgery based on natural endoscopic surgery.The main idea is to remove the small incision in the abdomen and reconstruct the digestive tract in vitro and the specimen is removed from the natural cavity of the human body and the reconstruction of the digestive tract is completed.The enhanced recovery after surgery makes the perioperative treatment measures are put forward to get a qualitative leap,its core idea is to use evidence-based medical evidence in perioperative reduce physical and psychological trauma,reduce stress,promote a rapid recovery.The enhanced recovery after surgery and natural orifce specimen extraction surgery are all base on the minimally invasive concept of laparoscopic rectal cancer.This study will both joint and traditional laparoscopic surgery,rapid rehabilitation surgery combined traditional laparoscopic surgery,confirmed the rapid rehabilitation surgery and rapid rehabilitation surgery combined natural orifice translumenal endoscopic surgery in promoting the role of postoperative rehabilitation.ObjectiveTo evaluate the effect of rapid rehabilitation surgery in laparoscopic natural orifce specimen extraction surgery(NOSES);Whether the enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)combine the natural orifce specimen extraction surgery(NOSES)is more advantageous in laparoscopic rectal cancer surgery.MethodsChoose between January 2015-January 2017,admitted the huaihe river in henan university hospital diagnosis of colorectal cancer patients with a total of 94 cases,were randomly divided into three groups(A B and C): A is traditional care combine laparoscopic surgery group(n =33),B is the enhanced recovery after surgery combine laparoscopic surgery group(n =31),C is the enhanced recovery after surgery combine the natural orifce specimen extraction surger repair group(n =30);A and B were laparoscopic radical rectal cancer(small incision in the abdomen),the difference lies in the traditional nursing plan during the perioperative period of group A,the enhanced recovery after surgery was used in group B during perioperative period;The perioperative period of group B and group C was the rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing program,The difference was that laparoscopy was performed by laparoscopy and the specimens were taken from the natural lumen to complete the reconstruction of the digestive tract.After treatment observe the postoperative recovery indexes of each group include the first exhaust time after operation,the postoperative hospital stay,the incidence of postoperative complications;The level of c-reactive protein,the postoperative self-assessment ability score and the pain score was 1,2 and 3 days after surgery,economic indicators: total hospital stay and hospital stay.ResultsThe application of rapid rehabilitation surgical concept can promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function after surgery,shorten hospital stay,and reduce hospitalization expenses and postoperative complications.ERAS+NOSES has advantages in alleviating postoperative pain,improving postoperative life self-care ability and shortening hospitalization.ConclusionThe application of rapid rehabilitation surgical concept can promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function after surgery,shorten hospital stay,and reduce hospitalization expenses and postoperative complications.ERAS+NOSES has advantages in alleviating postoperative pain,improving postoperative life self-care ability and shortening hospitalization.
