Objective: To investigate the relationship between risk factors of coronary heart disease and coronary collateral circulation, and to observe the expression of cystatin C(Cys C)in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD),with the analysis of the relationship between coronary collateral circulation. And to find new serum markers for the evaluation of coronary collateral circulation in patients with coronary heart disease, and to find a new therapeutic target for CHD patients. Methods: To select 90 patients with suspected diagnosis of CHD from 2016-12 to 2017-03 in the first people's hospital of jining.Patients and their family members understand and sign informed consent. This study was approved by the ethics committee of the First People's Hospital of Jining City. The results of CAG as a golden standard, according to the result of CAG,the patients were divided into control group, bad collateral circulation group and good collateral circulation group. To collect the general datas and laboratory examination outcomes.Detect the serum Cys C levels of the blood sample before cardioangiography with immunoturbidimetry methods.Post caidioangiography,2 cardiology departement doctors evaluate the stenosis condition of coronary arteries and rentrop scores base on the condition of coronary collateral circulation,Data entry and analysis were performed using SPSS 19.0.Measured data were expressed as mean ± standard deviation((?)±s)and compared using t-test or analysis of variance.Count data were expressed in terms of rate(%)and compared with chi-square test.Bivariate correlation analysis was used to observe the association of Cys C with gender, age, diabetes, hypertension, collateral circulation, smoking and alcohol consumption.Multivariate regression analysis was used to determine the independent risk factors for coronary collateral circulation. Results: There was no significant difference in age, drinking, sex ratio, hypertension and diabetes between the three groups(P>0.05).However,in smoking, there was no significant difference between group B and group C,but they were all higher than group A.The level of Cys C in the better collateral circulation group was lower than that in the poor collateral circulation group(P<0.05),while there was no significant difference compared with the control group(P>0.05).The Cys C level was higher in the poor collateral circulation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:There was no significant correlation between the formation of coronary collateral circulation and gender, age, smoking, alcohol consumption, hypertension, and diabetes.Serum Cys C level negatively correlates with the establishment of coronary collateral circulation.Patients with better collateral circulation have lower levels of Cys C in the serum.Cys C is an independent risk factor influencing coronary collateral circulation and can be used to evaluate patients prognosis.
