System Design And Implementation Of Personal Health Record Based On Electonic Film

With the rapid development of "Internet medical treatment",people pay more and more attention to health.The main goal of medical reform in China is to establish a practical and shared health management platform.Personal health records have also entered the life of the people.At present,there are many kinds of health archives system in the market,which mainly include the basic health information of individuals,medical records and so on.However,the information recorded by this health records system is not sufficient to support the complete personal health records,and clinicians can not accurately diagnose patients through this information,and therefore cannot be combined with clinical applications.There are great shortcomings.The medical image examination information is an innovative discovery in the field of medical diagnosis,which can clearly and intuitively display many organs and tissues of the human body,which can help the clinician to observe and diagnose the lesion area of the patient from different angles,different forms,and better guarantee the accurate diagnosis of the disease and play an important role in clinical application.But patients can only get traditional paper film,only contain part of the image information,and not easy to save and carry,the emergence of electronic film to solve the drawbacks of the former paper film,so that patients can obtain more comprehensive.Visual medical images are saved longer.However,without basic health information about individuals,doctors cannot give the diagnosis based on simple electronic film.In this context,this paper proposes to establish a personal health file based on electronic film,so that electronic film and personal basic health information can be combined with each other.Build a real sense of personal health file system.Simple electronic film has no practical significance,only combined with the basic health information of the individual can really play the role of electronic film;At the same time,the phr with electronic film also makes it more professional and comprehensive.The combination of the two makes the electronic film and personal health files promote each other and plays a greater role.In this paper,the concept of personal health recordsand electronic film,the current situation of the research are analyzed,then the requirements of the whole system and key technologies are analyzed.On this basis,the design of the system,and then build the development environment for the implementation of the system.This paper presents three ways of system implementation: computer terminal,WeChat terminal and mobile app terminal.The realization of the computer side makes it more convenient and more comprehensive to manage the personal health record based on the electronic film;WeChat is more convenient for the acquisition of electronic film,but also in publicity more timely and effective,users do not need additional additional applications;the mobile app terminal in terms of functionality is more comprehensive than the WeChat side,but requires users to spend time and traffic,download related applications,not convenient,and between users is not easy to promote.The advantages and disadvantages of the three implementations are compared and the existing open technology and development costs are compared,the system finally selected the computer side and WeChat side of the common realization.After the system is implemented,related tests are carried out,and finally the prospects for the shortcomings of the system are prospected.
