Association Between CETP Genetic Polymorphism And Atherosclerosis Cerebral Ischemia

CETP is a cholesterol ester transporter that determines the plasma lipid levels.CETP mediated the transfer and exchange of cholesteryl esters and triglycerides among high-density lipoproteins,very-low-density lipoproteins,and low-density lipoproteins,thus achieving the effect on regulating the concentration of various lipoproteins in plasma,lipid composition,and granules size.CETP gene polymorphism is a common genetic variation in the human population.With the development of molecular biology,it has been extensively studied in diseases such as coronary heart disease,obesity,diabetes and Alzheimer's disease.Atherosclerosis Cerebral infarction is a common disease that seriously endangers the health of middle-aged and elderly people.However,the pathogenesis of atherothrombosis has not been elucidated yet.Epidemiological survey found that patients with cerebral infarction have severe lipid metabolism disorders.Because the CETP gene polymorphism locus has a decisive effect on the lipid transport activity,suggesting that CETP gene polymorphism is closely related to the occurrence and development of atherosclerotic cerebral infarction.In this study,based on the design of case-control experiments,95 patients with atherosclerotic cerebral infarction in Hainan and 177 healthy controls were selected as experimental subjects.MassARRAY method was used to detect the expression of CETP gene Nucleotide polymorphism site for genotyping.Statistical software was used to analyze the differences in genotype and allele frequencies between groups.The results obtained are as follows:(1)There are three genotypes of CETP gene polymorphism detected in Hainan population:CC,CA,AA genotypes of rs1532624,AA,AG,GG of rs289741 Genotypes,GG,GA,AA genotypes at rs5882,GG,GA,AA genotypes at rs708272,CC,CT,TT genotypes at rs1532625,CC,CG,GG genotypes at rs9926440,rs9929488 GG,GC,CC genotype,rs 1864163 GG,GA,AA genotype.(2)The genotype AA of rs1532624,the genotype AA of rs708272,the genotype TT of rs1532625 and the genotype AA of rs1864163 were all associated with the occurrence and development of ACI in Hainan population.However,genotype CC of rs1532624,genotypes GG and AG of rs708272,and genotype GG and GA of rs1864163 had an inhibitory effect on AS.(3)There was no correlation between the four polymorphic sites and the occurrence of ACI in Hainan population,including rs289741,rs5882,rs9926440,rs9929488.
