Professor Li Yueheng's Clinical Experience In The Treatment Of Advanced Gastric Cancer And Summary Of Academic Thoughts

Objective: Based on the research method of data mining to collect and sort out professor Li Yueheng's prescriptions for the treatment of advanced gastric cancer,using the system of "Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System" to carry out data mining and analysis,combining with out-patient consultation,studying the literature and materials written by Professor Li Yueheng,exchanging and discussing with Professor Li Yueheng,the clinical experience and academic thoughts of Professor Li in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer were discussed and summarized,so that Professor Li Yueheng's clinical experience in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer and academic thoughts can be inherited and carried forward,which provides the basis for guiding the application of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer,and to provides ideas for inheriting and innovating the academic thought of famous Chinese medicine.Methods:Collecting prescriptions of advanced gastric cancer patients treated by Professor Li Yueheng,using the software of "Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System" to carry out data mining and analysis of prescriptions,and collecting and studying the literature,works and data of Professor Li Yueheng,To discuss with Professor Li Yueheng,summarize Professor Li Yueheng's clinical experience in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer and academic thoughts.Results: Analysis of 710 prescriptions in 246 patients,the drugs used in the first ten times were western ginseng,Astragalus membranaceus,Poria cocos,Atractylodes macrocephala,Glycyrrhiza uralensis,Dried tangerine peel,ventriculi galli mucosa,fried malt,Paris polyphylla,curcuma zedoary.The using herbs mostly were warm,moderate and cold in nature,taste sweet,bit and pungent in flavour,belonged to the spleen,liver,lung,kidney,stomach in the channel tropism.Based on the analysis of the group rule based on the association rules,the combination of the highest frequency of the drug was summarized as the western ginseng and Astragalusmembranaceus.the evolution of the core combination of the 30,the new prescription of 15.Conclusion: By analyzing and summarizing Professor Li Yueheng's prescriptions for the treatment of advanced gastric cancer,it is concluded that Professor Li Yueheng emphasizes the combination of syndrome differentiation and disease differentiation in the treatment of middle and advanced gastric cancer,and advocates that the principle of treating gastric cancer is to focus on strengthening and strengthening the basis of the disease,to give consideration to dispelling evil,or to strengthen the strength of the stomach by dispelling evil.The characteristics of drug use are as follows: strengthening medicine,dispelling evil medicine as auxiliary,and so on.Summing up academic thought as follows: pay attention to spleen and stomach,treat from spleen,think that "deficiency,blood stasis,toxin" are the basic pathogenesis of tumor,In the treatment of malignant tumors,we should pay more attention to the essence of care and nurture,emphasize the holistic view,and put the thought of "treating and preventing diseases" throughout the prevention and treatment of cancer with traditional Chinese medicine.
