Objective: To explore the distribution characteristics of different TCM syndromes and cardiovascular risk factors in hypertension patients, and to provide an objective basis for the early intervention and treatment of patients with hypertension.Method:We selected 205 cases of inpatients with hypertension who met the criteria of diagnosis, inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria in the department of cardiology and neurology in Dalian hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from January 2016 to December 2017,by using statistics methods to analyze the data collected, summarize the relationship between TCM syndromes and risk factors of hypertension.Results:(1)The regularities of distribution of different TCM syndromes in 205 patients with hypertension : The distribution of TCM syndromes in 205 patients with hypertension was: hyperactivity of yang due to yin deficiency group(32.2%)> hyperactivity of liver fire group(28.8%)> the phlegm dampness group(27.3%)> deficiency of both yin and yang group(11.7%),was statistically significant.(2)extremely high risk patients were the highest(55.3%)in the phlegm-dampness accumulation group.(3)We sort the measured diastolic blood pressure according to the size of the order and find that :phlegm dampness group is the highest, and hyperactivity of yang due to yin deficiency group is smallest,in addition, hyperactivity of liver fire group higher than deficiency of both yin and yang group, the difference was statistically significant.(4)BMI values are sized according to the literature: hyperactivity of liver fire group is highest among them, hyperactivity of yang due to yin deficiency group is the lowest,in addition, deficiency of both yin and yang group is lower than the phlegm dampness group, comparing statistically significant differences between groups of data.(5)TC value of the size of different TCM syndromes, hyperactivity of liver fire group has the highest mean value, deficiency of both yin and yang group has the lowest TC mean,in addition, hyperactivity of yang due to yin deficiency group and the phlegm dampness group is basically the same. The differences of TCM syndromes were statistically significant.Among the different TCM syndromes,HDL-C correlations had the lowest value of deficiency of both yin and yang group of TCM syndromes. In addition, hyperactivity of yang due to yin deficiency group is higher than the phlegm dampness group, the differences between TCM syndromes were statistically significant.(6)study confirms that the different type of merger target organ damage, also has certain regularity, and hyperactivity of liver fire group is the lightest, deficiency of both yin and yang group has the most serious damage, difference is statistically significant.(7)In different TCM syndromes, the proportion of patients with clinical symptoms also showed a certain regularity distribution: Among them, the constitution ratio of yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity was the lowest, the constitution ratio of phlegm and dampness was the highest, and the constitution in the liver fire was higher than that In yin and yang, the differences were statistically significant.(8)in the results of regression analysis,it can be seen that Hcy and gender have already become the risk factors for the current hyperthermia group. In regression data analysis, the correlation of Hcy was higher than that of gender. However,Hcy and BMI were closely related to hyperactivity of yang due to yin deficiency group, and the correlation value of Hcy was higher than that of BMI.LDL-C and age respectively constituted the risk factors of deficiency of both yin and yang group,in which the relationship between LDL-C was higher than that of age;LDL-C and BMI were the risk factors for phlegm-dampness,and the correlation of LDL-C was significantly higher than BMI.Conclusion:.Hypertension in the distribution of TCM syndrome has a certain law,of which the most widely distributed is yin deficiency hyperactivity type,Hypertensive patients with hyperactivity of liver fire are more prone to obesity and dyslipidemia. The patients with deficiency of both yin and yang are more likely to suffer from the target organ. The risk stratification of patients with the phlegm dampness was highest, and there were the most clinical symptoms.there was a significant correlation between cardiovascular risk factors and TCM syndromes of hypertension.
