Objective: Based on 101 cases of colorectal cancer patients,197 cases of colorectal polyps patients and 275 cases of patients with colorectal enteritis, the study collected their CEA,CA724 and CA153 in serum, comparise and analysis of the differences in numerical values, and the diagnostic value of tumor markers was discussed. Methods: 101 patients with colorectal cancer were collected from the second affiliated hospital of Dalian Medical University from 2013 to 2017,including 48 males and 53 females, and the average age of them is 66.23 + 10.58 years old.Among them, there were 1 case of the middle and high differentiation,85 cases of middle differentiation,9 cases of middle and low differentiation and 6 cases of low differentiation.Clinical stages: There are 3 cases were in stage I,52 cases in stage ?,35 cases in stage ?,11 cases in stage ?.Pathological type: 95 cases of adenocarcinoma,6 cases of adenocarcinoma with mucinous adenocarcinoma, and 472 patients with benign disease of digestive tract in the same period, including 197 patients with colorectal polyps, and the average age of them is 59.05 + 11.67 years,275 patients with proctitis, and the average age of them is 57.71 + 11.93 years. All of these patients were confirmed by colonoscopy and pathological biopsy, and the diseases in the digestive tract had excluded other tumors. There is no serious organic lesion in the vital organs and the patient is conscious of consciousness, coma, shock, etc.Clinical data were retrospectively analyzed, and statistical analysis was performed using chi-square test, rank sum test and t test.Results:1.There was no statistically significant difference in the elevated level of the three tumor markers in benign bowel disease group including colorectal polyp and chronic nonspecific colitis.2.There was no significant difference in the positive rate of three tumor markers in benign bowel disease group including colorectal polyp and chronic nonspecific colitis.3.Compared with the level of three tumor markers in the colorectal cancer group and benign bowel disease group,CEA,CA724 and blood in colorectal cancer group were significantly higher than that in the benign bowel disease group(P< 0.05),and there was no significant difference in CA153.4.Colorectal cancer and benign bowel disease group three tumor markers were compared: CEA,CA724 were colorectal cancer group was obviously higher than that of benign bowel disease group, after statistics analysis statistically significant difference(P< 0.05),CA153.5.Detection of three tumor markers of individual and joint detection sensitivity and specific degrees of comparison: colorectal cancer group of three tumor markers in serum CEA,CA724,CA153 single detection sensitivity was 29.7%,24.8%,respectively,1.0%,45.5% sensitivity of joint detection of CEA + CA724 and specific degree 91.5%,+ 30.7% sensitivity of CA153 and CEA specific degree 98.1%,CA724+ CA153 specific degree of 25.7% and 91.7%,CEA + + 46.5% sensitivity of CA153 and CA724 speciality rate 90.9%,visible,significantly higher than the single detection sensitivity of joint detection of tumor markers and statistically significant difference(P< 0.05).6.Comparison of the positive rate of three tumor markers in the serum of colorectal cancer : the positive rate of CEA increased in different stages from?to ?,and there was no significant difference between CA724 and CA153.7.The positive rate of the three tumor markers in the serum of the colorectal cancer group was compared with that of the three types of tumor markers: statistical analysis,CEA,CA724 and CA153 showed no significant difference.(P>0.05)8.There was no significant difference in the level and positive rate of three tumor markers in colorectal cancer patients.9.There was no significant difference in tumor markers in different parts of colorectal cancer.10.There was no significant difference in tumor markers between different ages and genders in colorectal cancer.Conclusion:1.These three tumor markers are not significant for screening benign bowel disease.2.CEA and CA724 have certain value in diagnosis of colorectal cancer, and CA153 has no obvious significance.3.Colorectal cancer and benign bowel disease group of three tumor markers combined with single detection sensitivity and specific degree is high,so the joint detection of three tumor markers to improve the detection rate of colorectal cancer, but a lower sensitivity of CA153 and clinically for colorectal cancer detection of little value.4.The positive rate of CEA was significantly different in different clinical stages of colorectal cancer, and the elevated level of blood in advanced colorectal cancer was significantly higher than that in early colorectal cancer.CA724 and CA153 have no obvious significance.5.There was no statistically significant difference among the three types of tumor markers in the degree of differentiation of colorectal cancer.6.There was no significant difference in the elevation of tumor markers in colorectal cancer with different types, different parts, age and gender.
