Clinical Observation Of Different Frequency Electro-acupuncture Treatment Of Migraine

Objective: This research aimed to observe and compare clinical observation of different frequency electro-acupuncture(EA)treatment of migraine and provide objective basis for the selection of frequency and popularthritis application of this treatment.Methods:In this study,a randomized controlled method in 60 patients with migraine do comparative analysis,adoption of uniform diagnostic criteria,inclusion and exclusion criteria strict screening study.Each patient provided written informed consent.60 patients with migraine were randomly divided into treatment group(group C: 2 / 100Hz)and control group(A group: 2Hz,group B: 100 Hz group),with 20 cases each.Points as followings:Baihui,Touwei,Taiyang stabbing through Suaigu,Fengchi,Hegu,Sanyinjiao as main points,with the card with points.Take the affected side the first dimension-the rate of valley points EA.Were selected low-frequency 2Hz,100 Hz high frequency,2 / 100 Hz frequency,current strength of the three groups are 1.0mA,powered 30 min after the needle,after the rest of the gas needle acupuncture 30 min,reinforcing-reducing,yin and yang Piansheng,reinforcing and reducing techniques applied with the disease.Once daily treatment,five times a week,each 10 times as a course of treatment,a total of two courses.The overall effect observed three groups of patients after treatment and to assess their quality of life after treatment.Efficacy embodied in pain score(VAS pain scores,duration of pain,headache index)assess the overall efficacy and MSQ scale score.Results:Three groups of patients after treatment than before symptoms and signs were significantly improved.A group of 4 cases were cured,6 cases were markedly effective in 6 cases,3 cases,efficiency 84%;group B were cured in 3 cases,effective in 6cases,effective in 7 cases,4 cases,the efficiency of 80%;group C cure 5 cases,9 cases,effective in 4 cases,1 cases,the efficiency of 95%.Significant differences among the three groups,the treatment group than the control group.Adverse reactions during treatment does not appear.Conclusion: Studies have shown that the overall clinical efficacy of the pain points in group C treatment of migraine,VAS pain scores,headache pain index were better than group A and group B,migraine MSQ scale score is also superior to the other two groups.Different frequency of electric acupuncture analgesia effect.Frequency group analgesiceffect is stronger than the simple combination of the analgesic effect of low-alone high-frequency electro-acupuncture group.
