Atherosclerosis is an important cause of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,the composition and structure of plaque is complex,make great difficulty to conventional thermal physical treatment,restenosis often occurs after surgery,can not achieve the purpose of radical.In order to solve this problem,in the paper,we design 460 KHz,920KHz,2MHz three different frequency RF generation system.Based on the deep study of the heating law of different frequency RF,design a variety of electrode arrangement,using different radiofrequency to heat different structures that simulate the different atherosclerotic plaque,and finally achieve the purpose of conformal therapy.In the study of different RF heating laws,the maximum temperature and area of heating attained are directly proportional to the RF frequency under the same voltage,the heating area is inversely proportional to the RF frequency under the same power.The maximum temperature reached by heating and heating area is reduced when the RF electrode size increases.When the radiofrequency of positive and negative spacing becomes larger,the heating area and heating temperature are reduced.In the experiments of the simulation of different atherosclerotic plaque,we can find that when the RF electrode between the anode and cathode can be formed by bio-gel closed loop,the pig fat in the simulated structure is not heated.When the RF electrode between the anode and cathode can not be formed by bio-gel closed loop,pig fat can be given preferential heating to achieve the desired therapeutic purpose.So the use of single-electrode and double electrode can be effective treatment of upper and lower layered hardened plaque,can not treat the structure of lipid particles embedded in smooth muscle cells.In this paper,three electrodes are used to heat up the simulated structure of pig fat embedded in smooth muscle cells based on the "tip discharge" effect,and we find when an odd number of positive and negative poles are arranged symmetrically,the middle of the electrode will produce a strong tip discharge,thereby greatly enhancing the ability to heat,and the heat is enough to cover the middle of the lipid particles.In order to be able to further enhance the heating effect,experiments were performed to reduce the size of the intermediate electrode,small size of the electrode can increase the tip discharge effect,so that further down the heat conduction,to strengthen the treatment effect.
