The Effects Of The Sanqi Xueshangning Capsule On The Surgical Traumatic Reaction And Clinical Healing Of Breast Cancer

Objective: To study the effects of the Sanqi Xueshangning capsule on the postoperative trauma,the inflammatory factors produced by the traumatic stress response,the volume of wound drainage of the operative region and the wound clinical healing of patients with improved radical mastectomy,and to explore mechanism of the Sanqi Xueshangning capsule in the treatment process.Methods: 1.The age of the 41 patients with improved radical mastectomy with no underlying disease was(52.7±1.55)years.In the control group,26 cases were treated with conventional treatment.In the 15 treatment group,on the basis of treatment in the control group,the capsule was added after 6 hours,and then one pill(0.4g/ granule)was taken every morning(six o'clock)and noon(twelve o'clock),evening(Eighteen o'clock)for a week.2.Collect the fresh drainage fluid in the drainage tube of the patients' operation area at 12 hours,24 hours,36 hours and 48 hours after operation,and then let stand for 10 minutes.Then the supernatant liquid is stored at low temperature after centrifugation.3.Dilute the original concentration of the specimen,then use ELISA technology to detect inflammatory factors in drainage liquid IL-8 and TNF-? levels.4.According to the light density measured by the microplate reader,the standard curve was drawn by Curve Expert,a software Curve Expert,and the concentration of each specimen was calculated.5.Record the volume of wound drainage of the operative region within 4 days and record wound healing.6.Use statistical software SPSS and EXCEL spreadsheet to analyze data and make drawings.Results: 1.In the 3rd and 4th day after surgery,the volume of wound drainage of the operative region of the treatment group was less than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.The content of IL-8 in the volume of wound drainage of the operative region of the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group at 36 hours and 48 hours after surgery(P<0.05).Both groups reached the highest peak in 36 hours after surgery.3.TNF-? value of the fluid in the wound drainage of the treatment group was significantly less than that in the control group after 36 hours and 48 hours after surgery(P<0.01),and both groups reached the peak at 24 hours after surgery.4.In the fourth day after surgery,the number of patients with wound subcutaneous hydrops was less than that in the control group.Conclusion: 1.Sanqi Xueshangning capsule can reduce the volume of wound drainage of the operative region after operation.2.Sanqi Xueshangning capsule can reduce the amount of inflammatory factor IL-8 and TNF-? in the drainage fluid,thereby reducing the stress response such as surgical trauma,and promote the healing of the wound healing by reducing the wound subcutaneous hydrops.
